中國首套LNG液力透平系統(tǒng)開發(fā)與工業(yè)化測試

【摘要】:天然氣液化裝置中采用低溫液力透平替代傳統(tǒng)LNG或MR混合冷劑J-T節(jié)流閥實現(xiàn)節(jié)流降壓是提高天然氣液化裝置效率的先進(jìn)技術(shù),也是全球天然氣液化技術(shù)發(fā)展的一種趨勢。我國目前已擁有超過136座的天然氣液化工廠,但尚未實現(xiàn)低溫液力透平的國產(chǎn)化和工業(yè)化應(yīng)用。為此,通過對LNG液力透平工藝及控制系統(tǒng)開發(fā)、本體水力模型優(yōu)化設(shè)計、樣機結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計與制造等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行攻關(guān),開發(fā)了國內(nèi)首套LNG液力透平系統(tǒng)(設(shè)計流量為40 m3/h),用于回收LNG冷箱出口LNG壓力能。LNG液力透平系統(tǒng)在中海石油廣東液化天然氣有限公司天然氣液化裝置完成了系統(tǒng)啟停、變流量、變轉(zhuǎn)速多工況工業(yè)化測試。測試結(jié)果表明:1樣機本體運轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn),低溫機械性能良好,運行性能參數(shù)基本達(dá)到設(shè)計預(yù)期;2工藝及控制系統(tǒng)、變頻發(fā)電系統(tǒng)設(shè)計可行,可與已有天然氣液化裝置上的LNG產(chǎn)品J-T節(jié)流閥自動平穩(wěn)切換使用,平均可提高LNG產(chǎn)量2%,發(fā)電8.3 k W。
[Abstract]:It is an advanced technology to improve the efficiency of natural gas liquefaction plant to use cryogenic hydraulic turbine instead of traditional LNG or MR mixed coolant J-T throttle valve to achieve throttling pressure reduction. It is also a trend of the development of natural gas liquefaction technology in the world. At present, China has more than 136 natural gas liquefaction plants, but has not yet realized the localization and industrial application of cryogenic hydraulic turbine. For this reason, through the development of LNG hydraulic turbine process and control system, the optimization design of bulk hydraulic model, the design and manufacture of prototype structure, the first set of domestic LNG hydraulic turbine system (design flow rate is 40 m3 / h) is developed. The LNG hydraulic turbine system is used to recover the LNG pressure energy at the outlet of the LNG cold box. The LNG hydraulic turbine system has completed the industrial test of the system starting and stopping, changing the flow rate and changing the speed of the system in the natural gas liquefaction plant of CNOOC Guangdong Liquefaction Natural Gas Co., Ltd. The test results show that: 1 the bulk of the prototype runs smoothly, the mechanical properties at low temperature are good, and the operating performance parameters basically meet the design expectations; (2) the design of technology and control system and frequency conversion power generation system is feasible, and it can automatically and smoothly switch with the existing LNG product J-T throttle valve on the natural gas liquefaction device, and can increase the average LNG output by 2 and generate 8.3 kW on average.
