聚季銨鹽殺菌劑的合成

【摘要】:以聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化銨和丙烯酸為原料,Va-044為引發(fā)劑,通過自由基聚合、共聚合成了聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化銨-丙烯酸。考察了反應(yīng)溫度、引發(fā)劑質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)、丙烯酸質(zhì)量占總反應(yīng)物料的質(zhì)量比對產(chǎn)率的影響,結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)反應(yīng)溫度為70℃,引發(fā)劑質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為0.6%,丙烯酸質(zhì)量占總反應(yīng)物料的質(zhì)量比為16.7%時產(chǎn)率最高,為91.4%。通過在油田進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場試驗發(fā)現(xiàn),合成的殺菌劑在油田水處理中有明顯的作用。
