大慶長垣特高含水期表外儲層獨立開發(fā)方法

【摘要】:物性和含油性差的表外儲層已經成為大慶長垣特高含水階段水驅挖潛的主要對象,然而常規(guī)的井網加密、分層注水等方法開發(fā)效果較差。為此,結合表外儲層發(fā)育特征和分層壓裂工藝,提出了表外儲層獨立開發(fā)方法。根據油水井射孔層位和表內、表外儲層空間分布特征,設計了"以水定油"和"以油定水"兩種獨立開發(fā)模式,采用多層人造澆鑄巖心開展了水驅物理模擬實驗,比較了兩種模式的采出程度隨注入量的變化特征,推導了考慮啟動壓力梯度和淺層水平壓裂裂縫的分層壓裂直井產能公式,計算分析了表外儲層獨立開發(fā)的技術政策界限。研究表明:長垣表外儲層獨立開發(fā)"以油定水"模式優(yōu)于"以水定油"模式,技術極限井距和經濟極限厚度分別為228 m和2 m左右。隨著表外儲層厚度占總射孔厚度比例的增大,采收率先下降后保持平穩(wěn),最后又快速上升。礦場應用表明:表外儲層獨立開發(fā)平均單井日產油量3.7 t,開發(fā)效果明顯優(yōu)于三次加密。
[Abstract]:Off-surface reservoir with poor physical property and oil content has become the main target of water drive in the very high water cut stage of Daqing Placanticline, but the conventional methods such as well pattern infill and stratified water injection have poor development effect. In this paper, an independent development method of off-table reservoir is put forward in combination with the development characteristics of off-table reservoir and the technology of stratified fracturing. According to the reservoir spatial distribution characteristics of perforation layer and table in oil-water well, two independent development models, "fixing oil with water" and "fixing water by oil", are designed, and the physical simulation experiment of water drive is carried out by using multi-layer artificial casting core. This paper compares the characteristics of the production degree of the two models with the injection rate, deduces the productivity formula of the stratified fracturing straight well considering the starting pressure gradient and the shallow horizontal fracturing fracture, and calculates and analyzes the technical policy limits of the independent development of the off-table reservoir. The results show that the independent development model of "oil and water" is better than that of "oil with water", and the technical limit well spacing and economic limit thickness are about 228 m and 2 m, respectively. With the increase of the ratio of the reservoir thickness to the total perforation thickness, the oil recovery decreases first, then keeps steady, and finally increases rapidly. The field application shows that the average daily oil production of single well is 3. 7 t, and the development effect is obviously better than that of 3 times infill.
