一種新型堵水調(diào)剖用酚醛交聯(lián)劑的研究

【摘要】:水溶性低聚合度酚醛樹脂交聯(lián)劑,因其將苯酚和甲醛進(jìn)行一定程度的反應(yīng),與常規(guī)酚醛單體類交聯(lián)劑相比,揮發(fā)性和毒性較低,因而被廣泛應(yīng)用于油田堵水調(diào)剖作業(yè)。但此類交聯(lián)劑在室溫下放置一段時(shí)間后極易出現(xiàn)固化情況,保存穩(wěn)定性不足,嚴(yán)重影響交聯(lián)劑的使用。針對這一不足,本文通過分子設(shè)計(jì)制備了一種新型酚醛類交聯(lián)劑,該交聯(lián)劑穩(wěn)定性優(yōu)異,50℃條件下可存貯60天左右。利用該交聯(lián)劑制備凝膠體系,成膠黏度可達(dá)20000m Pa·s,成膠適用溫度范圍為60~120℃,可耐受鈉離子20000mg/L、鈣離子5000mg/L及p H=5~9的地層環(huán)境,成膠60天后凝膠黏度保留率約為75%,封堵率94%左右。相比于常規(guī)酚醛類交聯(lián)劑具有更廣闊的適用性。
[Abstract]:Water soluble and low degree of polymerization phenolic resin crosslinker is widely used in oil field water shutoff and profile control because of its reaction of phenol and formaldehyde to a certain extent and lower volatility and toxicity compared with conventional phenolic monomer crosslinker. However, this kind of crosslinking agent is easy to be cured after being kept at room temperature for a period of time, and the stability of the crosslinking agent is not enough, which seriously affects the use of crosslinking agent.
