外加厚油管加厚端常見缺陷及預(yù)防措施

【摘要】:為了提高外加厚油管加厚端質(zhì)量、減少缺陷的產(chǎn)生,以加厚Φ73.02 mm×5.51 mm油管為例,分析了油管外加厚端外表面凸棱、結(jié)疤、管端飛邊、內(nèi)表面凹坑等缺陷產(chǎn)生的原因,并給出了相應(yīng)的預(yù)防措施,主要有調(diào)整加熱溫度、改善潤滑冷卻效果、保證鋼管送料位置等措施,可減少內(nèi)表面凹坑和外表面結(jié)疤等缺陷的出現(xiàn);根據(jù)加厚縮短量計(jì)算公式計(jì)算出理論縮短量,進(jìn)而確定沖頭行程,能有效減少端面凹槽、內(nèi)凹坑缺陷的產(chǎn)生。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the quality of thickened tubing and reduce the production of defects, taking the thickened 桅 73.02 mm 脳 5.51 mm tubing as an example, the causes of the defects such as convex edges, scarring, flying edges at the end of the tubing and pits on the inner surface are analyzed. The corresponding preventive measures are given, such as adjusting the heating temperature, improving the lubricating and cooling effect, ensuring the feeding position of the steel pipe, and so on, which can reduce the appearance of the inner surface pit and the outer surface scar and so on. The theoretical shortening is calculated according to the formula of thickening shortening, and then the stroke of punching head is determined, which can effectively reduce the appearance of the defects in the end groove and the inner pit.
