顆粒污染物對(duì)變壓器油氧化安定性的影響
[Abstract]:Oxidation stability is an indicator of the ability of transformer oil to resist external oxidizing substances, and the presence of particles in oil can easily affect the oxidation stability of oil. According to ISO4406 standard, 24 groups of oil samples containing Cu,Fe,SiO_2 with different particle size and different contamination degree were prepared by uniform design method and thermal oxidation experiments were carried out. The acid values of oil samples before and after thermal oxidation were tested. The effects of different components and different contents of particles on the oxidation stability of oil were obtained. The partial least square method was used to establish the mathematical model between the oxidation stability of different components, different particle sizes and different contents of particles and oil samples. The results show that the determinant coefficient and root mean square error of the established mathematical model for the oxidation stability of Cu,Fe particles and oil are 0.939 ~ 0. 442 1 脳 10 ~ (-2), respectively. The acid value after thermal oxidation of the oil containing SiO_2 particles is lower than that of the oil containing metal particles. The effect of metal particles on the oxidation stability of transformer oil is most significant when the particle diameter is 15 渭 m. The range of variation is 0.066 脳 10 ~ (-3). The oxidation stability of oil decreases with the increase of copper and iron content. The existence of SiO_2 particles in oil delayed the aging rate of oil and improved the oxidation stability of oil to some extent.
