東二聯(lián)加熱系統(tǒng)改造設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:為了配合燃料結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,解決含聚原油加熱在油氣集輸?shù)孛嫣幚碚緢?chǎng)中使用設(shè)備無(wú)法滿足站內(nèi)熱能需求的問(wèn)題,對(duì)勝利油田常用加熱設(shè)備使用介質(zhì)及邊界條件進(jìn)行了調(diào)研分析,對(duì)蒸汽或熱水與含水原油(含聚或不含聚)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工程應(yīng)用中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的研究和對(duì)比分析,經(jīng)研究發(fā)現(xiàn)加熱爐使用最為穩(wěn)定,適用界面寬,單盤(pán)管換熱器、蒸汽混摻裝置可有效解決螺旋板換熱器無(wú)法滿足熱介質(zhì)為蒸汽時(shí),含聚原油加熱負(fù)荷的需求,但存在對(duì)外部熱源依賴較高的問(wèn)題。在對(duì)孤東油田東二聯(lián)加熱系統(tǒng)改造工程的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中,綜合考慮安全性、投資低、運(yùn)行成本低等方面要求,結(jié)合水套加熱爐及單盤(pán)管換熱器內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)的特點(diǎn),結(jié)合熱介質(zhì)的進(jìn)口溫度、壓力及出口過(guò)冷度控制、冷介質(zhì)的流速控制、蒸汽的平衡分布系統(tǒng)調(diào)整、殼程內(nèi)水相容積控制用于實(shí)現(xiàn)蒸汽與含聚原油換熱的控制需求,設(shè)計(jì)完成換熱、加熱合一試驗(yàn)裝置,在孤東油田進(jìn)行中試后對(duì)蒸汽入口分布管的結(jié)構(gòu)改進(jìn),使蒸汽進(jìn)入裝置分布均勻無(wú)死角;對(duì)盤(pán)管出入口結(jié)構(gòu)改進(jìn),在外部可以單獨(dú)控制和清洗每組盤(pán)管;增加煙道擋板,使散熱損失減少。改進(jìn)后的設(shè)備用于整個(gè)東二聯(lián)加熱系統(tǒng),目前運(yùn)行良好。
[Abstract]:In order to adjust the fuel structure and solve the problem that the equipment used in the field of oil-gas gathering and transportation ground processing station can not meet the thermal energy demand of the station, the medium and boundary conditions of the usual heating equipment in Shengli Oilfield are investigated and analyzed. The problems occurred in the field engineering application of steam or hot water and water containing crude oil (containing or without polymer) are studied and compared in detail. It is found that the heating furnace is the most stable, the suitable interface is wide, and the single coil heat exchanger is suitable. The steam mixing device can effectively solve the problem that the helical plate heat exchanger can not meet the demand of heating load of polymerized crude oil when the heat medium is steam, but there is a high dependence on the external heat source. In the design process of the east secondary heating system reform project in Gudong Oilfield, the requirements of safety, low investment and low operating cost are considered comprehensively, and the characteristics of the internal structure of the water jacket furnace and the single coil heat exchanger are combined. Combined with the control of inlet temperature, pressure and outlet undercooling of heat medium, the control of flow rate of cold medium, the adjustment of equilibrium distribution system of steam, and the volume control of water phase in shell program, the heat transfer between steam and polymer crude oil can be realized. The heat transfer and heating test device is designed and the steam inlet distribution pipe structure is improved after the pilot test in Gudong Oilfield so that the steam entering device can distribute evenly without dead angle. The structure of the inlet and outlet of the coil tube is improved to control and clean each group of coils separately outside, and the flue baffle is added to reduce the heat loss. The improved equipment is used in the whole East double heating system and is running well at present.
