基于ArcGIS和Flex的油料管線信息系統(tǒng)
[Abstract]:With the rapid development and construction of oil pipelines, the problems of management and maintenance have become increasingly prominent. The traditional information management method of oil pipeline is relatively backward, the target locking is tedious, the searching is slow, and the auxiliary decision function such as spatial analysis can not be provided, which makes the increasingly large pipeline information resources difficult to effectively manage and provide fast service. Therefore, it is of great value to establish an oil pipeline information system for users and managers to realize unified management of oil pipeline data, spatial analysis and rapid release, and provide technical support and decision-making services for users. This paper mainly aims at the demand of oil pipeline information management in southwest China, applies ArcGIS and Flex technology, designs and develops oil pipeline information system, realizes the information of pipeline and section of oil pipeline, the information of base station, and the information of floating pipe. The comprehensive management and analysis of important information such as crossing data information, important building on both sides of pipeline, landslide and cliff information, and information of pile point detection head provide convenient data sharing and unified management for pipeline users and managers. Spatial analysis and information publishing services. The specific research work includes: (1) Oil pipeline vector data collection. The vector data of oil pipeline in southwest China are obtained, including pipeline and pipe segment information, basic station information, floating pipe information, crossing data information, important buildings on both sides and landslide cliff information. And the information of pile point detection head. (2) Design and implementation of oil pipeline database. According to the vector data of oil pipeline from different sources, the flow of storage is designed reasonably, and the data structure, coordinate system and projection mode are unified. This system uses the ArcSDE spatial data engine component to connect the professional relational database SQL Server to manage the pipeline and the basic spatial data. As most of the existing pipeline data are CAD data, this paper needs to solve the problem of transforming CAD data into GIS data format and projecting data from different data sources. (3) the design and implementation of oil pipeline information system. The Flex application framework of the system is established, the realization method of GIS function in this platform is studied, the logic partition of the system function, the solution and implementation of the system function, the technical difficulties of the system are studied. Analyze the feasibility requirements of the platform. According to the requirement of actual function, the oil pipeline information system in Southwest China is developed, and the data can be released and shared quickly.
