杏北開發(fā)區(qū)二、三類油層水驅(qū)深度調(diào)剖技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:水驅(qū)開發(fā)進(jìn)入特高含水期后,經(jīng)過(guò)加密調(diào)整和綜合治理,單砂體注采關(guān)系不斷完善,低滲透薄差油層動(dòng)用程度提高,受注入水長(zhǎng)期沖刷的影響,部分儲(chǔ)層形成高滲透條帶,注入水沿優(yōu)勢(shì)通道,形成低效無(wú)效循環(huán),降低了水驅(qū)油的效率,一方面使油井過(guò)早水淹,另一方面抑制了低滲高飽和油層的產(chǎn)能發(fā)揮,最終影響采收率的提高。水驅(qū)深度調(diào)剖技術(shù)作為機(jī)械細(xì)分注水的有力補(bǔ)充和完善,對(duì)油田開發(fā)起著重要的作用。通過(guò)水驅(qū)深度調(diào)剖,減少層間差異,調(diào)整平面矛盾,改善油層的動(dòng)用狀況,控制平面上低效、無(wú)效水循環(huán),從而進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大水驅(qū)波及體積,減緩含水上升速度、產(chǎn)量遞減幅度。本文首先對(duì)二三類油層深度調(diào)剖體系進(jìn)行研究,對(duì)二類油層所使用的鉻微凝膠體系進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),確定最佳使用方案為:聚合物濃度≥1000mg/L,交聯(lián)劑濃度≥40mg/L,聚交比大于20。其中低濃度交聯(lián)調(diào)剖劑配方(聚合物1000~1200mg/L+交聯(lián)劑40~60mg/L),聚交比15~30,成膠時(shí)間大于1天,流動(dòng)性好,用作深度調(diào)驅(qū)的主體段塞;成膠強(qiáng)度大的調(diào)剖劑配方(聚合物1200~1500mg/L+交聯(lián)劑100~150mg/L),聚交比10~15,成膠時(shí)間小于24小時(shí),粘度較大,用作起封堵作用的后尾段塞,侯凝最佳時(shí)間為7-10天,之后對(duì)三類油藏所使用的納米微球體系的封堵性進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),并在此基礎(chǔ)上展開了并聯(lián)巖心室內(nèi)驅(qū)油實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,認(rèn)為納微米微球在通過(guò)低滲斷面后,在中滲斷面仍然可以形成有效封堵,較好的改善了注入剖面。在完成調(diào)剖體系室內(nèi)評(píng)價(jià)后,對(duì)調(diào)剖井跟蹤評(píng)價(jià)方法進(jìn)行了調(diào)整,并最終應(yīng)用于采油二廠二、三類油藏。通過(guò)礦場(chǎng)實(shí)驗(yàn),二類油層采出井含水下降,產(chǎn)量遞減幅度得到減緩,投入產(chǎn)出比1:3以上,最終提高采收率0.31%;三類油層調(diào)剖后產(chǎn)量增加,含水下降,投入產(chǎn)出比1:1.6以上,最終提高采收率0.35%,礦場(chǎng)實(shí)驗(yàn)取得了良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,且對(duì)相似油藏的開發(fā)提供了現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:After the water drive development enters into the extra high water cut period, after the infilling adjustment and comprehensive treatment, the relationship between injection and production of single sand body is constantly improved, the production degree of low permeability thin and differential oil layer is improved, and some reservoirs are formed high permeability strip due to the effect of long term scour of injected water. The injection water forms inefficient and ineffective circulation along the dominant channel, which reduces the efficiency of water flooding. On the one hand, it causes premature flooding of oil wells, on the other hand, it inhibits the productivity of low permeability and high saturation reservoirs, which ultimately affects the improvement of oil recovery. As a powerful supplement and consummation of mechanical subdivision water injection, water drive depth profile control technology plays an important role in oilfield development. Through the depth profile control of water drive, reducing the difference between layers, adjusting the plane contradiction, improving the production condition of the reservoir, controlling the low efficiency and invalid water cycle on the plane, further expanding the swept volume of water drive, slowing down the rising speed of water cut and decreasing the production range. In this paper, the depth profile control system of two or three types of oil layers was studied, and the chromium microgel system used in the second class oil layer was evaluated.
