高溫緩凝劑AMCT的合成及其性能評價(jià)

【摘要】:以甲基丙烯磺酸鈉(MAS)、含親水長鏈的烯類單體(CL)、丙烯酸(AA)和烯丙基三甲基氯化銨(TMAAC)為原料,合成了一種高溫緩凝劑(AMCT)。通過正交實(shí)驗(yàn)得到的最佳合成條件為:n(AA)∶n(MAS)∶n(CL)∶n(TMAAC)=4.0∶1.0∶0.15∶0.10,引發(fā)劑(NH4)2S2O8加量為單體總質(zhì)量的4%,單體質(zhì)量濃度300 g/L,反應(yīng)溫度85℃,反應(yīng)時(shí)間24 h。利用IR和~1HNMR表征了AMCT的結(jié)構(gòu)。采用TGA考察了AMCT的耐溫性能。以稠化時(shí)間考察了AMCT的溫度敏感性和加量敏感性。通過AMCT對水泥漿流變性能的影響說明其分散性和穩(wěn)定性。通過XRD、EDTA滴定和低場核磁等方法分析了AMCT的緩凝機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明:AMCT的分解溫度為255℃;AMCT的溫度敏感性和加量敏感性均符合行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求;AMCT對水泥漿分散性和穩(wěn)定性無不良影響;AMCT的緩凝機(jī)理為自匹配吸附形成包覆層控制水化作用、抑制晶體生長作用和絡(luò)合作用。
