生物柴油抗氧化劑沒食子酸異戊酯制備及其抗氧化性能研究

【摘要】:首先以嗎啡啉和溴代正丁烷作為反應(yīng)物,制成正丁基嗎啡啉硫酸氫鹽離子液體。采用離子液體作為催化劑催化沒食子酸與異戊醇酯化合成沒食子酸異戊酯。通過單因素試驗(yàn)和正交試驗(yàn)對合成沒食子酸異戊酯的反應(yīng)條件進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。結(jié)果表明:影響酯化產(chǎn)率的因素主次順序?yàn)榉磻?yīng)溫度反應(yīng)時(shí)間醇酸摩爾比催化劑用量;最佳反應(yīng)條件為反應(yīng)溫度80℃,醇酸摩爾比30∶1,反應(yīng)時(shí)間50 min,催化劑用量6%;最佳條件下酯化產(chǎn)率為97.45%。在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行酯化反應(yīng)動(dòng)力學(xué)分析,得出反應(yīng)活化能為4.91 k J/mol,動(dòng)力學(xué)模型為-dC_A/dt=5.22e-~(4.91/RT)C_A~(0.843)。分析了沒食子酸異戊酯對8種生物柴油的抗氧化效果,其抗氧化性能極佳,在添加量為600 mg/kg時(shí)能使小桐子油生物柴油氧化穩(wěn)定性能達(dá)到國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。
[Abstract]:Firstly, morpholine and bromo-n-butane were used as reactants to prepare normal Ding Ji morphine sulfate ionic liquid. Isoamyl gallate was synthesized by esterification of Gallic acid with isoamyl alcohol catalyzed by ionic liquid. The reaction conditions for synthesis of isoamyl gallate were optimized by single factor test and orthogonal test.
