生物柴油抗氧化劑沒食子酸異戊酯制備及其抗氧化性能研究

【摘要】:首先以嗎啡啉和溴代正丁烷作為反應物,制成正丁基嗎啡啉硫酸氫鹽離子液體。采用離子液體作為催化劑催化沒食子酸與異戊醇酯化合成沒食子酸異戊酯。通過單因素試驗和正交試驗對合成沒食子酸異戊酯的反應條件進行優(yōu)化。結果表明:影響酯化產(chǎn)率的因素主次順序為反應溫度反應時間醇酸摩爾比催化劑用量;最佳反應條件為反應溫度80℃,醇酸摩爾比30∶1,反應時間50 min,催化劑用量6%;最佳條件下酯化產(chǎn)率為97.45%。在此基礎上進行酯化反應動力學分析,得出反應活化能為4.91 k J/mol,動力學模型為-dC_A/dt=5.22e-~(4.91/RT)C_A~(0.843)。分析了沒食子酸異戊酯對8種生物柴油的抗氧化效果,其抗氧化性能極佳,在添加量為600 mg/kg時能使小桐子油生物柴油氧化穩(wěn)定性能達到國家標準要求。
[Abstract]:Firstly, morpholine and bromo-n-butane were used as reactants to prepare normal Ding Ji morphine sulfate ionic liquid. Isoamyl gallate was synthesized by esterification of Gallic acid with isoamyl alcohol catalyzed by ionic liquid. The reaction conditions for synthesis of isoamyl gallate were optimized by single factor test and orthogonal test.
