基于超分子技術(shù)的高密度無黏土油基鉆井液體系

【摘要】:基于超分子原理,研制了用于油基鉆井液的提切劑CFZTQ-1,以此為核心開發(fā)了新型高密度無黏土油基鉆井液體系,并對其進行了性能評價和現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用。研究表明CFZTQ-1在水相中締合形成的超分子結(jié)構(gòu)顯著增加了反相乳液的彈性,提切效果與助懸浮性能均優(yōu)于國外幾種同類提切劑,且CFZTQ-1與有機土之間存在協(xié)同增效作用,同時適用于常規(guī)含土油包水鉆井液。通過對相關(guān)處理劑的優(yōu)選與加量優(yōu)化,確定了高密度無黏土油基鉆井液體系的配方,對其進行了基本性能評價,結(jié)果表明:體系密度在2.20~2.60 g/cm3,動切力在13~17 Pa,且表觀黏度適中,塑性黏度不高,流變性能良好;體系在240℃高溫?zé)釢L后黏度漲幅不大,高溫高壓濾失量在10 m L左右,破乳電壓大于400 V,性能穩(wěn)定。體系現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用效果良好。
[Abstract]:Based on the supramolecular principle, a new type of high-density non-clay oil-based drilling fluid system, named CFZTQ-1, was developed, and its performance evaluation and field application were carried out. The results showed that the supramolecular structure formed by association of CFZTQ-1 in aqueous phase significantly increased the elasticity of inverse emulsion, and the slashing effect and suspension aid property of CFZTQ-1 were better than those of other similar kinds of slashing agents abroad, and there was a synergistic effect between CFZTQ-1 and organic soil. At the same time, it is suitable for conventional soil-bearing oil-in-water drilling fluid. The formula of high density non-clay oil-based drilling fluid system was determined by optimizing the selection and dosage of the relative treating agent. The basic properties of the system were evaluated. The results showed that the density of the system was 2.20 ~ 2.60 g / cm ~ 3, and the dynamic shear force was 13 ~ 17 Pa,. The apparent viscosity is moderate, the plastic viscosity is not high, and the rheological property is good. The viscosity of the system after high temperature and hot rolling at 240 鈩,
