【摘要】：目前在篩管完井方式的水平井中,酸化中采用轉(zhuǎn)向酸酸液體系是實(shí)現(xiàn)均勻布酸最便捷、有效的方法,緩蝕劑是轉(zhuǎn)向酸酸化安全實(shí)施的重要保障,但是目前已有的緩蝕劑大多與自轉(zhuǎn)向酸體系不配伍,影響轉(zhuǎn)向效果,且緩蝕效果大大下降。針對(duì)此問題,研制出一種自轉(zhuǎn)向酸用緩蝕劑ZXHS,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了基本性能評(píng)價(jià)。由評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果可知,加有ZXHS的自轉(zhuǎn)向酸在90℃下的靜態(tài)腐蝕速率可控制在5 g/(m2·h)以內(nèi),在120℃下動(dòng)態(tài)腐蝕速率可控制在20 g/(m~2·h)以內(nèi),均可達(dá)到行業(yè)一級(jí)品要求。加入ZXHS后自轉(zhuǎn)向酸轉(zhuǎn)向黏度仍可保持在160 mPa·s以上,因此ZXHS的緩蝕效果良好并且不影響自轉(zhuǎn)向酸的轉(zhuǎn)向性能。ZXHS在大港油田和伊拉克艾哈代布油田進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用,施工效果良好。
