含碳酸甲乙酯多元體系液液相平衡的測定及其熱力學(xué)模型的關(guān)聯(lián)

【摘要】:近年來,隨著人們環(huán)境保護(hù)意識(shí)的提高,科研工作者開始研究新型環(huán)保汽油添加劑以提高辛烷值、改善燃油品質(zhì)、降低油耗,從而達(dá)到節(jié)能減排的目的。碳酸甲乙酯(EMC)是一種環(huán)境友好的碳酸酯,由于它的高含氧量、高辛烷值以及在水中的低溶解性,因此,EMC可以作為一種潛在的汽油添加劑。本論文使用氣相色譜儀對(duì)EMC、醇、水、烷烴四種物質(zhì)所組成的多元體系進(jìn)行了液液相平衡的測定,并且根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)所測得的液液相平衡數(shù)據(jù),考察EMC是否具有作為汽油添加劑使用的潛力。本實(shí)驗(yàn)在常溫常壓下測定了三元和四元體系液液相平衡數(shù)據(jù),三元體系為:(水+甲醇+EMC)、(水+乙醇+EMC)、(水+乙醇+辛烷)、(水+EMC+庚烷)、(水+EMC+辛烷);四元體系為:(水+EMC+甲醇+庚烷)、(水+EMC+乙醇+庚烷)、(水+EMC+甲醇+辛烷)、(水+EMC+乙醇+辛烷),計(jì)算了四元體系中各物質(zhì)組分的分配系數(shù)。本論文用Modified UNIQUAC和Extended UNIQUAC模型對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)測得的液液相平衡數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了關(guān)聯(lián)計(jì)算,對(duì)于三元體系,Modified UNIQUAC和Extended UNIQUAC模型計(jì)算得到關(guān)聯(lián)結(jié)果的平均均方根差分別為0.59 mol%,1.16 mol%;對(duì)于四元體系則分別為1.27mol%,1.86 mol%。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明:由模型計(jì)算得到的關(guān)聯(lián)值與實(shí)驗(yàn)值吻合度很高。同時(shí),使用Othmer-Tobias方程驗(yàn)證了實(shí)驗(yàn)測得的液液相平衡數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確度。三元和四元體系Othmer-Tobias方程的相關(guān)系數(shù)(R2)值均接近1,表明實(shí)驗(yàn)測得的液液相平衡數(shù)據(jù)具有較高的精確度。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the improvement of people's awareness of environmental protection, researchers began to study new environmental protection gasoline additives to improve the octane number, improve fuel quality, reduce fuel consumption, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction. Methyl ethyl carbonate (EMC) is an environmentally friendly carbonate. Because of its high oxygen content, high octane number and low solubility in water, EMC can be used as a potential gasoline additive. In this paper, the liquid-liquid equilibrium of the multicomponent system composed of EMC, alcohol, water and alkane was determined by gas chromatograph, and the liquid-liquid equilibrium data were obtained according to the experimental data. To investigate the potential of EMC as gasoline additive. The liquid-liquid equilibrium data of ternary and quaternary systems were measured at room temperature and atmospheric pressure. The ternary systems were as follows: (water methanol, EMC), (, water, ethanol, EMC), (, ethanol, octane,), (, EMC, heptane,), (, EMC, octane); The quaternary system consists of: (water EMC methanol heptane), (water EMC alcohol heptane), (water EMC methanol octane), (water EMC ethanol octane). The partition coefficients of each component in the quaternion system have been calculated. In this paper, Modified UNIQUAC and Extended UNIQUAC models are used to calculate the liquid-liquid equilibrium data measured in experiments. For the, Modified UNIQUAC and Extended UNIQUAC models of ternary systems, the average root mean square difference of the correlation results is 0.59 mol%,1.16 mol%;, respectively. For the quaternion system, 1.27 moland 1.86 mol%., respectively. The results show that the correlation values calculated by the model are in good agreement with the experimental values. At the same time, the Othmer-Tobias equation is used to verify the accuracy of the measured liquid-liquid equilibrium data. The correlation coefficient (R2) of the Othmer-Tobias equation of ternary and quaternion systems is close to 1, which indicates that the experimental data of liquid-liquid equilibrium have high accuracy.
