【摘要】：中國(guó)油氣管道建設(shè)經(jīng)歷了三代技術(shù)的發(fā)展歷程,實(shí)現(xiàn)了油氣儲(chǔ)運(yùn)建設(shè)從無(wú)到有、從小到大,從學(xué)習(xí)模仿到自主研發(fā)、從整體落后到趕超先進(jìn)的歷史性飛躍�？萍紕�(chuàng)新有力支撐了中緬油氣管道、西氣東輸天然氣管道等重點(diǎn)油氣儲(chǔ)運(yùn)工程建設(shè),形成了高難度管道施工技術(shù)、非開(kāi)挖技術(shù)、大口徑、高壓力管道設(shè)計(jì)施工技術(shù)、大型油氣管網(wǎng)智能化技術(shù)及管道運(yùn)維服務(wù)技術(shù)等,引領(lǐng)了中國(guó)油氣儲(chǔ)運(yùn)技術(shù)進(jìn)步,為大型油氣管網(wǎng)安全運(yùn)行保駕護(hù)航。中國(guó)油氣儲(chǔ)運(yùn)行業(yè)的發(fā)展空間仍然巨大,建設(shè)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈,唯有依靠科技創(chuàng)新才能發(fā)展更先進(jìn)的技術(shù)、營(yíng)造更有力的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。未來(lái)亟需在管道設(shè)計(jì)、焊接、防腐補(bǔ)口、非開(kāi)挖、技術(shù)服務(wù)、油氣儲(chǔ)庫(kù)等方面繼續(xù)開(kāi)展深入研究,攻克制約油氣儲(chǔ)運(yùn)技術(shù)發(fā)展的難題,保障油氣儲(chǔ)運(yùn)設(shè)施的高效建設(shè)與安全運(yùn)行。
[Abstract]:The construction of oil and gas pipelines in China has experienced the development of three generations of technology, and has realized the historic leap of oil and gas storage and transportation construction from scratch, from small to large, from learning imitation to independent R & D, from overall backwardness to catching up with the advanced. Scientific and technological innovation has been able to support the construction of key oil and gas storage and transportation projects such as the Sino-Myanmar oil and gas pipeline and the natural gas pipeline from the west to the east. The construction technology of high difficulty pipeline construction, non-excavation technology, large-caliber and high-pressure pipeline design and construction technology have been formed. The intelligent technology of large-scale oil and gas pipeline network and the service technology of pipeline operation and maintenance have led the progress of oil and gas storage and transportation technology in China, and have guaranteed the safe operation of large oil and gas pipeline network. The development space of China's oil and gas storage and transportation industry is still huge and the construction market competition is fierce. Only by relying on scientific and technological innovation can we develop more advanced technology and create more powerful competitive advantage. In the future, there is an urgent need to continue to carry out in-depth research on pipeline design, welding, anticorrosion repair, non-excavation, technical services, oil and gas storage, and so on, in order to overcome the difficult problems that restrict the development of oil and gas storage and transportation technology. To ensure the efficient construction and safe operation of oil and gas storage and transportation facilities.
