陽(yáng)離子黃原膠的合成及性能評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:為提高黃原膠的基本性能并拓寬其應(yīng)用范圍,將陽(yáng)離子醚化劑(3-氯-2-羥丙基三甲基氯化銨)和黃原膠(XG)在堿性條件下反應(yīng)制得淡黃色的陽(yáng)離子黃原膠(CXG),對(duì)CXG的流變特性(剪切變稀性、黏彈性、觸變性)以及其作為壓裂液的基本性能(攜砂性、耐溫耐剪切性)進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明,6 g/L CXG溶液的表觀黏度比XG溶液增大了1.34倍,且CXG溶液的彈性模量G'、黏性模量G''和觸變環(huán)面積均比XG溶液有顯著的提高;陶粒在CXG溶液的沉降速度遠(yuǎn)小于在XG溶液的沉降速度,攜砂性能得到提高;XG改性后的耐溫耐剪切性提高,4 g/L CXG溶液在80℃、170 s~(-1)下剪切90 min后的保留黏度為58.05 mPa·s,與同濃度的XG溶液在30℃的表觀黏度(47.53 mPa·s)相當(dāng);XG和CXG溶液的流動(dòng)曲線可用非線性共轉(zhuǎn)Jeffreys本構(gòu)方程進(jìn)行表征,且模擬值與實(shí)驗(yàn)值吻合良好。XG通過(guò)陽(yáng)離子改性后,基本性能得到了較大幅度的提高。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the basic properties of xanthan gum and broaden its application scope, cationic etherifying agent (3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride) and xanthan gum (XG) were reacted to prepare a yellowish cationic xanthan gum (CXG), under alkaline conditions. The rheological properties (shear thinning, viscoelasticity, thixotropy) of CXG and its basic properties as fracturing fluid (sand carrying property, high temperature shear resistance) were studied. The results showed that the apparent viscosity of 6 g / L CXG solution was 1.34 times higher than that of XG solution, and the elastic modulus, viscosity modulus and thixotropic ring area of CXG solution were significantly higher than that of XG solution. The settling velocity of ceramsite in CXG solution is much lower than that in XG solution, and the sand carrying property is improved. The temperature and shear resistance of XG modified solution was improved. The retention viscosity of 4g / L CXG solution was 58.05 mPa / s after being shearing for 90 min at 80 鈩,
