類油基水基鉆井液體系研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:針對(duì)頁(yè)巖氣層等含易坍塌地層儲(chǔ)層開(kāi)發(fā)采用油基鉆井液時(shí)存在的成本高、污染環(huán)境等缺點(diǎn),以聚醚胺基烷基糖苷NAPG為主劑,并配套其他處理劑,研發(fā)出一種在抑制及潤(rùn)滑性能方面類似于油基的環(huán)保型水基鉆井液。室內(nèi)研究結(jié)果表明,該類油基水基鉆井液體系在抑制性能、潤(rùn)滑性能方面與油基鉆井液相當(dāng),抗溫達(dá)140℃,具有良好的抗土、抗鉆屑、抗原油、抗水污染的性能,EC_(50)為128 400mg/L;無(wú)生物毒性,靜態(tài)滲透率恢復(fù)值達(dá)90%以上。現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用結(jié)果表明,該鉆井液體系性能穩(wěn)定,抑制防塌能力強(qiáng),潤(rùn)滑性能好,有效地解決了云頁(yè)平-6井二開(kāi)造斜段摩阻大、定向易托壓的難題,具有推廣應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:In view of the high cost and environmental pollution of oil-based drilling fluid used in the development of reservoirs with easily collapsing formations such as shale gas reservoirs, the polyether alkyl glycoside NAPG is used as the main agent, and other additives are matched. An environmental-friendly water-based drilling fluid similar to oil-based in terms of inhibition and lubricating performance was developed. The results of laboratory study show that this kind of oil-base water-based drilling fluid system has good resistance to soil, drilling debris, crude oil and water pollution in terms of inhibition performance and lubricating property as well as oil base drilling fluid with a temperature up to 140 鈩,
