二氧化碳驅(qū)注采井常用油套管鋼的腐蝕行為

【摘要】:采用高溫高壓反應(yīng)釜研究了N80、P110、3Cr、5Cr等4種油套管鋼材在現(xiàn)場采出液中的抗CO_2腐蝕性能,結(jié)合掃描電鏡(SEM)、能譜儀(EDS)和X射線衍射(XRD)等手段,觀察分析了腐蝕產(chǎn)物膜形貌和成分。結(jié)果表明:隨著溫度的上升,4種鋼材腐蝕速率均呈現(xiàn)出先增大后減小的趨勢,最大值出現(xiàn)在中溫區(qū),N80、P110、5Cr鋼在90℃時腐蝕速率達(dá)到最大,3Cr鋼在80℃時腐蝕速率最大;4種鋼材腐蝕類型主要為均勻腐蝕,未發(fā)現(xiàn)局部腐蝕,腐蝕產(chǎn)物主要為FeCO_3,含Cr鋼腐蝕產(chǎn)物出現(xiàn)多層結(jié)構(gòu),主要成分除了FeCO_3,還有非晶態(tài)的腐蝕產(chǎn)物Cr(OH)_3;N80、P110鋼的腐蝕產(chǎn)物細(xì)小、致密、均勻覆蓋在基體表面,腐蝕速率較低;3Cr、5Cr鋼的腐蝕產(chǎn)物覆蓋不均勻、與基體結(jié)合力弱、附著性不強(qiáng),易脫落,造成整體腐蝕速率較高。
[Abstract]:The corrosion resistance to CO_2 of four kinds of oil casing steels, such as N80P110Cr3Cr5Cr, etc. was studied in a high temperature and high pressure reactor in situ. The corrosion resistance of four kinds of casing steels in situ was studied by means of scanning electron microscope (SEM) (SEM), energy spectrometer (EDS) and X-ray diffraction (XRD), etc. The morphology and composition of corrosion product film were observed and analyzed. The results show that the corrosion rates of the four steels increase first and then decrease with the increase of temperature. The maximum corrosion rate of N80P1105Cr steel and 3Cr steel is the highest at 90 鈩,
