【摘要】：根據(jù)吉林市整體城市規(guī)劃,市內(nèi)僅有的一座汽油油庫面臨整體搬遷,屆時,吉林地區(qū)汽油面臨存儲、輸送的困難。鑒于此,吉林SHHLY廠擬新建汽油地付站,通過公路裝車系統(tǒng)直接與銷售公司進(jìn)行對接,以降低油品成本、保障吉林市場油品供應(yīng),同時還可為吉林SHHLY廠帶來較好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。本文從吉林銷售公司成品油供應(yīng)存在的問題、項目建設(shè)的意義與效果、汽油市場前景需求以及未來發(fā)展趨勢方面分析入手,對吉林SHHLY廠汽油地付站建設(shè)項目進(jìn)行研究與分析,明確了吉林SHHLY廠汽油地付站項目建設(shè)的意義。另外,本文通過對吉林SHHLY廠汽油地付站項目的技術(shù)、工藝方案進(jìn)行充分研究,確定了吉林SHHLY廠汽油地付站建設(shè)規(guī)模,并對項目工程投資總額進(jìn)行了估算,編制了估算范圍、依據(jù),預(yù)測了投資結(jié)果,制定了資金籌措方案;同時還對吉林SHHLY廠汽油地付站項目投產(chǎn)后的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益以及不確定因素、敏感性因素對項目經(jīng)濟(jì)評價指標(biāo)造成的影響展開了具體的研究。通過研究分析得出,吉林SHHLY廠汽油地付站項目市場前景廣闊,工藝成熟,項目投資抗風(fēng)險能力較強(qiáng);同時,通過對項目投資財務(wù)凈現(xiàn)值、投資回收期、盈虧平衡分析和敏感性及項目投資的合理性進(jìn)行分析和論證,得出投資可行、投產(chǎn)后經(jīng)濟(jì)效益顯著的結(jié)論。本文主要內(nèi)容包括投資經(jīng)濟(jì)相關(guān)理論及研究現(xiàn)狀、項目概括、項目投資的環(huán)境和市場分析、項目投資經(jīng)濟(jì)效益分析等。研究方法主要包括文獻(xiàn)引用、同業(yè)比較、實際經(jīng)驗、邏輯分析等。本文通過對吉林SHHLY廠擬建汽油地付站項目投資效益的研究分析并得出結(jié)論,為吉林SHHLY廠項目建設(shè)提供可操作性的投資依據(jù),對其合理分配有限資源,創(chuàng)造更大經(jīng)濟(jì)效益有較好的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:According to the overall urban planning of Jilin City, the only gasoline depot in the city is facing the overall relocation, when the Jilin area faces the difficulty of storage and transportation of gasoline. In view of this, Jilin SHHLY plant plans to build a new gasoline payment station to connect directly with the sales company through the road loading system, in order to reduce the cost of oil products and ensure the supply of oil products in Jilin market. At the same time, it can bring better economic benefits for Jilin SHHLY plant. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the supply of refined oil products of Jilin sales Company, the significance and effect of the project construction, the future demand of gasoline market and the development trend in the future, this paper studies and analyzes the construction project of Jilin SHHLY plant gasoline payment station. The significance of the project construction of Jilin SHHLY plant gasoline payment station is clarified. In addition, through the research on the technology and process scheme of Jilin SHHLY plant gasoline payment station project, this paper determines the construction scale of Jilin SHHLY plant gasoline payment station, estimates the total investment of the project, and compiles the estimated range. According to, the investment results are forecasted, and the financing scheme is formulated. At the same time, the economic benefit, uncertain factors and sensitivity factors of the project after putting into operation of Jilin SHHLY plant gasoline station are studied in detail, and the impact of the factors on the economic evaluation index of the project is also studied. Through the research and analysis, it is concluded that the project of Jilin SHHLY plant gasoline payment station has broad market prospect, mature technology and strong ability to resist risks. At the same time, through the analysis and demonstration of the financial net present value of the project investment, the investment recovery period, the profit and loss balance analysis and the sensitivity of the project investment, and the rationality of the project investment, the conclusion that the investment is feasible and the economic benefit is remarkable after putting into operation is obtained. The main contents of this paper include the related theories and research status of investment economy, project summary, environment and market analysis of project investment, economic benefit analysis of project investment and so on. The research methods mainly include literature citation, peer comparison, practical experience, logic analysis and so on. Based on the research and analysis of the investment benefit of the planned gasoline payment station in Jilin SHHLY plant, this paper provides an operational investment basis for the construction of Jilin SHHLY plant, and reasonably allocates limited resources to it. Creating greater economic benefits has better guiding significance.
