高低溫磷改性β分子篩及其烷基化反應(yīng)性能研究

【摘要】:對(duì)常溫和高溫條件下的磷改性β分子篩進(jìn)行熱重、核磁共振和酸性分析,并考察其在苯與乙烯烷基化反應(yīng)中的反應(yīng)性能。結(jié)果表明:β分子篩高溫條件下引入銨根離子后,其DTG曲線在220~230℃之間有一明顯的失重峰出現(xiàn),即銨根離子進(jìn)入分子篩內(nèi)部;其~(31)P MAS NMR和~(27)Al MAS NMR表征中在化學(xué)位移為-30.908和41.392處均有一強(qiáng)吸收峰,即β分子篩的骨架結(jié)構(gòu)中有P(4Al)和Al(4P)四配位結(jié)構(gòu)出現(xiàn);其NH_3-TPD酸性增強(qiáng),酸量增加。評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果表明β分子篩高溫條件下引入銨根離子后,其烷基化反應(yīng)性能明顯提高。
[Abstract]:The thermogravimetric, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and acid analysis of phosphorous modified 尾 molecular sieve at room temperature and high temperature were carried out, and its reaction performance in the alkylation of benzene with ethylene was investigated. The results show that the DTG curve of 尾 molecular sieve with ammonium ion at high temperature has an obvious weight loss peak between 220 鈩,
