一種新型干樹式半潛平臺設計

【摘要】:開發(fā)了一種新型的深吃水干樹式半潛生產(chǎn)平臺(TCDD-Semi),該平臺可用于中國南海深水區(qū)域的油氣田開發(fā)。它的一個顯著特點是立柱的截面形狀呈現(xiàn)為漸變形式,而非傳統(tǒng)的等截面形式。立柱的底部最大,向上逐漸變小,再結合適當?shù)南赂◇w設計,能夠為平臺在服役前期及在位狀態(tài)時提供足夠的浮力以及穩(wěn)性。最重要的是這種新型立柱的設計能夠明顯地減小平臺在惡劣海況時的垂向運動,從而使在平臺上布置具有干式采油樹的TTR立管系統(tǒng)成為可能。此外,這種漸變式的立柱設計也有利于減弱平臺在流作用下的渦激誘導運動(VIM)。分析結果表明這種漸變式立柱半潛平臺可以明顯降低平臺的垂向運動,也可以在碼頭組裝時提供足夠的浮力以及在平臺下沉過程中提供足夠的穩(wěn)性。平臺優(yōu)越的垂向運動性能可以使頂部張緊式立管的行程范圍限制在10.5 m之內(包括平臺偏移、垂蕩運動、潮汐影響、海床沉降、熱膨脹等因素)。分析結果表明平臺的垂蕩范圍、水平偏移、傾側角度、上部模塊重心處的加速度等可以滿足設計要求,證明了這種新型干樹式半潛平臺的可行性。
[Abstract]:A new type of deep draught and dry tree semi-submersible production platform (TCDD-Semi) is developed, which can be used in the development of oil and gas fields in the deep-water area of the South China Sea. A remarkable feature of the column is that the section shape of the column presents a gradual form rather than a traditional iso-section form. The bottom of the column is the largest and gradually smaller up, and combined with the proper design of the floating body, it can provide sufficient buoyancy and stability for the platform in the pre-service and in the position state. The most important thing is that the design of this new type of column can obviously reduce the vertical motion of the platform under bad sea conditions, thus making it possible to arrange the TTR riser system with dry-type oil production tree on the platform. In addition, this gradual column design is also beneficial to attenuate the vortex-induced motion (VIM). Of the platform under the action of flow. The analysis results show that the platform can obviously reduce the vertical motion of the platform, provide sufficient buoyancy in the assembly of the wharf and provide enough stability during the sinking of the platform. The excellent vertical motion performance of the platform can limit the travel range of the top tensioned riser within 10.5 m (including the factors of platform offset, heave motion, tidal effect, seabed subsidence, thermal expansion and so on). The results show that the swaying range, horizontal deviation, tilting angle and acceleration at the center of gravity of the upper module can meet the design requirements, which proves the feasibility of this new type of dry tree semi-submersible platform.
