JOS凝析氣藏蠟沉積實(shí)驗(yàn)及防蠟劑研究

【摘要】:石油生產(chǎn)和運(yùn)輸中的石蠟沉積,使油流通道縮小,生產(chǎn)油管的輸送能力大大降低,導(dǎo)致油氣井產(chǎn)量下降甚至停產(chǎn),嚴(yán)重影響正常生產(chǎn)。JOS凝析氣藏氣井井筒蠟堵嚴(yán)重,清蠟周期頻繁,機(jī)械清蠟風(fēng)險大、常規(guī)熱洗效率低、井筒處理周期長,為此急需進(jìn)行清防蠟技術(shù)研究,保證JOS凝析氣藏順利開采。 本文在分析JOS凝析氣藏氣井結(jié)蠟情況的基礎(chǔ)上,對石蠟沉積理論進(jìn)行了充分調(diào)研,并開展了蠟沉積實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,研制和評價了一種適用于該氣藏氣井的新型防蠟劑。取得的認(rèn)識如下: (1)通過對JOS凝析氣井油樣化學(xué)組成、色譜分析、紅外光譜測試結(jié)果表明,JOS凝析油樣均含石蠟基團(tuán),蠟含量高,重質(zhì)組分碳數(shù)及含量高,其中S2井油樣C40+以上重質(zhì)組分含量達(dá)8.986wt%,異構(gòu)烷烴含量高,油中石蠟以微晶蠟為主,給油蠟的防治造成極大困難。 (2)提出了采用化學(xué)蒸餾、X衍射、掃描電鏡、紅外光譜、DSC測試、色譜分析、模擬蒸餾等綜合測試手段研究沉積堵塞物。研究表明JOS沉積堵塞物析蠟點(diǎn)達(dá)82℃,堵塞物中石蠟析蠟點(diǎn)達(dá)87℃,組成物質(zhì)主要為高熔點(diǎn)、高碳數(shù)、高析蠟點(diǎn)的微晶蠟,少量膠質(zhì)、瀝青質(zhì)以及極少的礦物質(zhì),有機(jī)溶劑與一般清防蠟劑在常溫下均難溶解。 (3)通過高壓條件下JOS氣井油樣的蠟沉積測試表明,JOS油樣析蠟點(diǎn)高,析蠟量大,J1、S2在常壓下析蠟點(diǎn)分別為42.9℃、45.6℃;脫氣油的析蠟點(diǎn)和析蠟量隨壓力增加而升高和增加;活油測試表明在飽和壓力處析蠟點(diǎn)最低、析蠟量最少。 (4)針對JOS堵塞物含大量支鏈微晶蠟、蠟晶熔點(diǎn)高的特點(diǎn),研發(fā)了新型油溶性防蠟劑PT-11,防蠟效果明顯優(yōu)于其他防蠟劑。優(yōu)化后的防蠟劑配方為主劑VE:降凝劑A:分散劑B=1:6:1,合理濃度為1%。PT-11的靜態(tài)防蠟率達(dá)90.1%,凝固點(diǎn)降低20-C左右。PT-11同時具有降黏、降凝等作用。
[Abstract]:The paraffin deposition in oil production and transportation reduces the channel of oil flow and greatly reduces the transportation capacity of production tubing, which leads to the decline of oil and gas production and even the shutdown of oil and gas production, which seriously affects the normal production. The wax plugging in gas well bore of JOS condensate gas reservoir is serious. The waxing cycle is frequent, the risk of mechanical wax removal is large, the conventional hot washing efficiency is low, and the wellbore treatment period is long. Therefore, it is urgent to study the wax-cleaning and anti-wax technology to ensure the smooth exploitation of JOS condensate gas reservoir. Based on the analysis of wax deposition in gas wells of JOS condensate gas reservoir, the theory of paraffin deposition is investigated, the experimental study of wax deposition is carried out, and a new waxproof agent suitable for gas wells in JOS gas reservoir is developed and evaluated. The results obtained are as follows: (1) the chemical composition, chromatographic analysis and infrared spectrum of the JOS condensate well oil samples show that the JOS condensate oil samples all contain paraffin groups, high wax content, high carbon number and content of heavy components. The content of heavy components above C 40 in oil samples of S 2 well is 8.986 wt, the content of iso-alkanes is high, the paraffin in oil is mainly microcrystalline wax, the prevention and cure of oil wax supply is very difficult. (2) Chemical distillation, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope, infrared spectrum, DSC test, chromatographic analysis, simulated distillation and so on are used to study the deposition blockage. The results show that the wax point of JOS deposition blockage is 82 鈩,
