【摘要】：實驗室進行了4種不同酸溶液的破膠實驗,應用旋轉黏度計、馬爾文激光粒度儀、離心機、分光光度計等多手段測定了破膠液的黏度、殘渣粒徑分布、殘渣含量及濾液中的含糖量,優(yōu)選出了適用于低溫煤儲層的破膠劑。實驗測試評價了該破膠液對煤儲層的傷害性。結果表明:溫度20℃時HXM+NH_4Cl復合酸破膠效果好,濃度越大破膠速度越快。使用濃度0.10%HXM+0.05%NH_4Cl的酸液進行破膠,2 h內壓裂液黏度可降到5 m Pa·s以下,破膠液殘渣中值粒徑為86μm,殘渣含量70 mg/L。原始滲透率小于0.87×10~(-15)m~2時,煤芯滲透率的傷害率小于20%;煤儲層的原始滲透率越大,破膠液對巖芯的傷害率越大。該復合酸破膠劑與常規(guī)氧化破膠劑相比,具有低溫下破膠徹底、殘渣含量少、傷害輕等優(yōu)點。
[Abstract]:The experiments of gel breaking of four different acid solutions were carried out in the laboratory. The viscosity and particle size distribution of the gel breaking solution were measured by rotating viscometer, Ma Erwen laser particle size meter, centrifuge, spectrophotometer, etc. The residue content and sugar content in filtrate are selected to be suitable for low temperature coal reservoir.
