【摘要】：研發(fā)了一套足尺淺埋管道上拔試驗(yàn)裝置,針對不同軟土強(qiáng)度、管道埋深和加載方式的情況,較系統(tǒng)地研究了上拔過程中管-土相互作用、管周軟土破壞模式、上浮承載力及其影響因素。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:在管道上拔過程中,回填軟土的變形主要由土塊相對位置調(diào)整及塊間間隙水的排出產(chǎn)生,這與均質(zhì)軟土中變形主要由固結(jié)導(dǎo)致明顯不同;埋深管徑比H/D(28)1時,回填軟土的破壞模式接近流動破壞,遠(yuǎn)小于規(guī)范建議的H/D≥3;H/D≥1時,建議采用Palmer方法計算長期荷載作用下回填軟土的極限上浮承載力;H/D越大,則回填軟土中管道的上浮承載力也越大;在其他條件一定時,回填軟土中管道的上浮承載力基本隨抗剪強(qiáng)度呈線性增長,由于地基固結(jié)速度明顯較均質(zhì)軟土快,設(shè)計時可適當(dāng)考慮土體強(qiáng)度恢復(fù)的影響。
[Abstract]:A set of full-scale shallow buried pipeline uppull test device is developed. According to different soft soil strength, buried depth and loading mode, the interaction between pipe and soil and the failure mode of soft soil around pipe are systematically studied. Floating bearing capacity and its influencing factors.
