回填軟土中管道上拔試驗(yàn)及上浮承載力研究

【摘要】:研發(fā)了一套足尺淺埋管道上拔試驗(yàn)裝置,針對不同軟土強(qiáng)度、管道埋深和加載方式的情況,較系統(tǒng)地研究了上拔過程中管-土相互作用、管周軟土破壞模式、上浮承載力及其影響因素。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:在管道上拔過程中,回填軟土的變形主要由土塊相對位置調(diào)整及塊間間隙水的排出產(chǎn)生,這與均質(zhì)軟土中變形主要由固結(jié)導(dǎo)致明顯不同;埋深管徑比H/D(28)1時,回填軟土的破壞模式接近流動破壞,遠(yuǎn)小于規(guī)范建議的H/D≥3;H/D≥1時,建議采用Palmer方法計算長期荷載作用下回填軟土的極限上浮承載力;H/D越大,則回填軟土中管道的上浮承載力也越大;在其他條件一定時,回填軟土中管道的上浮承載力基本隨抗剪強(qiáng)度呈線性增長,由于地基固結(jié)速度明顯較均質(zhì)軟土快,設(shè)計時可適當(dāng)考慮土體強(qiáng)度恢復(fù)的影響。
