基于RCM的石化裝置動(dòng)設(shè)備維修策略研究

【摘要】:在煉油化工企業(yè)中,動(dòng)、靜設(shè)備的安全運(yùn)行是企業(yè)高效、穩(wěn)定生產(chǎn)的核心,必須采取先進(jìn)的維修手段來對(duì)企業(yè)中的設(shè)備進(jìn)行管理。以可靠性為中心的維修(RCM)是一種先進(jìn)的維修管理技術(shù),旨在以最少資源消耗為原則,保持設(shè)備的固有可靠性和安全性。目前,RCM在國(guó)內(nèi)的煉化企業(yè)中已有應(yīng)用的先例,但由于這些企業(yè)在實(shí)施過程中常常不是利用自己設(shè)備的歷史數(shù)據(jù),而是參照國(guó)外的數(shù)據(jù)庫來進(jìn)行的,所以實(shí)施效果不是很理想。針對(duì)于此,本文從以下幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了研究:(1)對(duì)RCM的概念、原理進(jìn)行闡述,對(duì)石化企業(yè)實(shí)施RCM的必要性進(jìn)行分析,詳細(xì)分析了石化動(dòng)設(shè)備實(shí)施RCM的方法和流程,包括重要功能產(chǎn)品確定、FMEA分析和邏輯決斷圖的應(yīng)用。(2)依據(jù)鎮(zhèn)海煉化動(dòng)設(shè)備的歷史運(yùn)行和維修數(shù)據(jù),通過數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)等方法建立出典型國(guó)內(nèi)動(dòng)設(shè)備的失效概率庫,這是RCM實(shí)施結(jié)果精確性的保障。(3)針對(duì)石化動(dòng)設(shè)備離心式壓縮機(jī)的壽命分布類型及可靠性規(guī)律進(jìn)行了研究。采集了鎮(zhèn)海煉化歷年來的壓縮機(jī)大修時(shí)間,對(duì)其數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,確定其分布類型為威布爾分布。并對(duì)威布爾分布兩參數(shù)、三參數(shù)情況下的擬合效果進(jìn)行比較。運(yùn)用威布爾分布模型確定出離心式壓縮機(jī)的使用可靠性規(guī)律和可靠度0.95下的定期維修周期。并對(duì)其失效單元進(jìn)行分析,找出設(shè)備中發(fā)生故障概率較高的單元。(4)以往復(fù)泵為例,對(duì)其進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)劃分,確定出各子系統(tǒng)的部件組成。并對(duì)各子系統(tǒng)及關(guān)鍵零部件進(jìn)行FMECA分析,以此完成整個(gè)RCM的分析流程。最后,結(jié)合FMECA分析結(jié)果,給出往復(fù)泵以可靠性為中心的維修任務(wù)。
[Abstract]:In refinery and chemical enterprises, the safe operation of moving and static equipment is the core of high efficiency and stable production, so advanced maintenance means must be adopted to manage the equipment in the enterprise. The reliability centered maintenance (RCM) is an advanced maintenance management technology which aims at maintaining the inherent reliability and safety of the equipment based on the principle of minimum resource consumption. At present, RCM has already been applied in domestic refining and chemical enterprises, but the effect is not very ideal because these enterprises often use the historical data of their own equipment, but refer to the database of foreign countries in the process of implementation. In view of this, this paper has carried on the research from the following several aspects: (1) the concept and the principle of RCM are expounded, the necessity of implementing RCM in petrochemical enterprises is analyzed, and the method and process of implementing RCM in petrochemical equipment are analyzed in detail. It includes the determination of important functional products, the application of FMEA analysis and logic decision diagram. (2) based on the historical operation and maintenance data of Zhenhai refinery and chemical equipment, the failure probability database of typical domestic dynamic equipment is established by mathematical statistics and other methods. This is the guarantee of the accuracy of RCM implementation results. (3) the life distribution type and reliability law of centrifugal compressor in petrochemical equipment are studied. The compressor overhaul time over the years in Zhenhai was collected and the data were statistically analyzed. The distribution type was determined as Weibull distribution. The fitting results of Weibull distribution with two parameters and three parameters are compared. By using Weibull distribution model, the reliability rule of centrifugal compressor and the periodic maintenance period under reliability of 0.95 are determined. The failure unit is analyzed to find out the unit with high failure probability. (4) taking reciprocating pump as an example, the system is divided and the components of each subsystem are determined. The FMECA analysis of each subsystem and key parts is carried out to complete the whole RCM analysis process. Finally, combined with the results of FMECA analysis, the maintenance task of reciprocating pump centered on reliability is given.
