預(yù)冷式蒸發(fā)空冷器中試實驗裝置系統(tǒng)分析計算及軟件開發(fā)

【摘要】:節(jié)能減排是如今的大主題,煉油化工、化學(xué)工業(yè)、電力、冶金等行業(yè)響應(yīng)號召,利用空冷器代替部分水冷器,取得明顯成效,對空冷器自身的缺陷的改進這一課題,引起了很多研究者的興趣。在經(jīng)過多年的研究后,蒸發(fā)式空冷器作為一種新型的空冷器出現(xiàn)在人們的眼前,同時在眾多行業(yè)中展現(xiàn)出它的高效能。然而,其入口溫度有局限性,這就使得在蒸發(fā)式空冷器的前端加一段翅片干空冷的預(yù)冷式蒸發(fā)空冷器的出現(xiàn)成為了必然。本文探討了預(yù)冷式蒸發(fā)空冷器的傳熱過程、傳熱類型以及對應(yīng)的計算原理,以此對蒸發(fā)式空冷器中試裝置實驗系統(tǒng)進行了分析計算和工藝流程設(shè)計,并結(jié)合這兩個內(nèi)容,開發(fā)設(shè)計了計算機輔助軟件——預(yù)冷式蒸發(fā)空冷器核算軟件。將預(yù)冷式蒸發(fā)空冷器分為兩段——干式空冷段和濕式蒸發(fā)空冷段進行計算。根據(jù)各段的氣液相進出口流量和溫度,將各段分為六種傳熱過程,每種過程分五種傳熱類型討論。查詢對應(yīng)狀態(tài)下的物性參數(shù),進而根據(jù)每種傳熱類型的方法計算,根據(jù)實際的傳熱過程排列組合,得出預(yù)冷式蒸發(fā)空冷器整體的傳熱計算結(jié)果。在一套舊中試裝置基礎(chǔ)上進行改造,對預(yù)冷式蒸發(fā)空冷器中試實驗裝置進行了系統(tǒng)分析和設(shè)計。確定了實驗方案為熱水冷卻實驗和水蒸氣冷凝實驗,對工藝流程進行了設(shè)計并畫出工藝流程圖,對工藝過程的管道進行了管徑設(shè)計并列出了管道一覽表,對工藝過程的儀表顯示及控制進行了設(shè)計及儀表選型并給出主要儀表一覽表。建立中試實驗裝置的實驗介質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)物性數(shù)據(jù)庫和風(fēng)機、水泵型號及參數(shù)數(shù)據(jù)庫。結(jié)合傳熱計算原理和中試實驗裝置系統(tǒng)分析設(shè)計的過程,利用VC++6.0的MFC部分開發(fā)了適合預(yù)冷式蒸發(fā)空冷器中試實驗裝置系統(tǒng)的核算軟件。軟件在一定程度上囊括了不同的流體類型的多種過程的設(shè)計,適用性強;功能目錄使得計算過程一目了然,界面友好,操作簡單。在理論的基礎(chǔ)上,還需結(jié)合實驗來驗證可靠性。
[Abstract]:Energy saving and emission reduction is a major theme today. Industries such as oil refining, chemical industry, electric power, metallurgy and so on have responded to the call to use air coolers instead of some water coolers, and have achieved remarkable results in improving the defects of the air coolers themselves. It has aroused the interest of many researchers. After many years of research, evaporative air cooler, as a new type of air cooler, appears in front of people, at the same time, it shows its high efficiency in many industries. However, the inlet temperature is limited, which makes it necessary to add a section of fin dry air cooled precooled evaporative air cooler to the front end of evaporative air cooler. In this paper, the heat transfer process, heat transfer type and the corresponding calculation principle of the precooled evaporative air cooler are discussed. The experimental system of the pilot plant of the evaporative air cooler is analyzed and calculated, and the technological process is designed in combination with these two contents. The computer aided software, precooled evaporative air cooler accounting software, is developed and designed. The precooled evaporative air cooler is divided into two sections: dry air cooling section and wet evaporative air cooling section. According to the inlet and outlet flow rate and temperature of gas and liquid phase, each segment is divided into six heat transfer processes, each of which is divided into five heat transfer types. According to the method of each heat transfer type and the arrangement and combination of the actual heat transfer process, the heat transfer calculation results of the whole precooled evaporative air cooler are obtained. Based on a set of old pilot plant, the system analysis and design of pilot test device for precooled evaporative air cooler are carried out. The experimental scheme was determined as hot water cooling experiment and steam condensation experiment. The technological process was designed and the process flow chart was drawn. The pipe diameter of the process was designed and the pipeline list was listed. The instrument display and control of the process are designed and the instrument selection is given, and the main instrument list is given. The basic physical property database of experimental medium and the database of fan, water pump type and parameter are established. Combined with the principle of heat transfer calculation and the process of system analysis and design of the pilot experimental device, an accounting software is developed by using the MFC part of VC 6.0, which is suitable for the pilot-scale experimental device system of the pre-cooled evaporative air cooler. To a certain extent, the software includes the design of various processes of different fluid types, which has strong applicability; the functional catalogue makes the calculation process clear at a glance, friendly interface and simple operation. On the basis of the theory, it is necessary to test the reliability with experiments.
