膨脹型自懸浮支撐劑的制備及性能評價

【摘要】:為了提高支撐劑在清水中的懸浮性能、改善支撐劑在裂縫中的分布、簡化壓裂施工工藝、提高壓裂措施產(chǎn)量,通過在支撐劑表面進行硅烷偶聯(lián)改性引入雙鍵,再通過接枝聚合反應(yīng)將膨脹樹脂接枝在支撐劑表面,制得膨脹型自懸浮支撐劑,研究了硅烷偶聯(lián)劑種類及用量、單體比例、單體濃度對自懸浮支撐劑膨脹性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,在支撐劑、丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯酸(AA)、N,N'-甲叉基雙丙烯酰胺(MBA)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)質(zhì)量比為600∶71∶40∶1∶8,硅烷偶聯(lián)劑加量1%,引發(fā)劑加量1‰,單體(AA、AM、AMPS、MBA)質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)20%,反應(yīng)溫度30℃的條件下制得的自懸浮支撐劑在清水中的膨脹倍數(shù)為1.5~5;支撐劑膨脹性能受陽離子濃度的影響,影響強弱順序為Mg~(2+)Ca~(2+)K~+Na~+;壓裂模擬結(jié)果表明,自懸浮支撐劑的運移鋪置效果好于常規(guī)支撐劑,其支撐裂縫半長為119.2 m,比常規(guī)支撐劑提高24%。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the suspending property of proppant in clear water, improve the distribution of proppant in fracture, simplify the fracturing process and increase the production rate of fracturing, the double bond is introduced by silane coupling modification on the surface of proppant. Then the swelling resin was grafted on the surface of the proppant by grafting polymerization to prepare the expansive self-suspension proppant. The effects of the type and amount of silane coupling agent monomer ratio and monomer concentration on the expansion properties of the self-suspension proppant were studied.
