YC450游車結(jié)構(gòu)改進(jìn)與強(qiáng)度校核
[Abstract]:Yam is one of the lifting equipment of oil drilling rig. In drilling and workover operation, it is mainly used for suspending drill string and dealing with drilling accident. There are many manufacturers at home and abroad. Common tour car structure from the upper beam? Pulley? Pulley shaft? Left panel? Right board? Lower ring? Lift ring pin, etc. In this paper, the structure improvement of YC450 bobbin has been completed, which has changed the structure of the side plate group of the original trolley, eliminated the pin seat and pin shaft in the original design, integrated the pin seat function into the side plate group, effectively solved the deformation of the pin seat, and changed the length of the axle shoulder of the pulley shaft. The safety factor of the side plate is 0.22 and the reliability of the whole system is improved. According to the specification of API Spec 8C 2012, the key parts are calculated, and the 3D models of each component are built by using the UG NX5.0 design software, and then the models are imported into the finite element environment. According to the design load and operation requirements of the parts, considering the various load combinations, the finite element method is used to calculate the components, according to the results of the finite element calculation and the theoretical analysis. According to the corresponding terms of API Spec 8C 2012 edition and design material index, the safety factor of each part is given. At present, the improved YC450 has been put into actual production, lower than the cost of manufacturing and maintenance before, and the annual profit is increased by more than 200000 yuan.
