酸性溶液中Cl~-含量和溫度對PH13-8Mo腐蝕行為的影響

【摘要】:為了解決在深海油氣鉆采中出現(xiàn)的酸性環(huán)境中對鉆采設備的腐蝕問題,結合海洋中油氣田的實際環(huán)境,在pH值為3的Na2SO4+H2SO4溶液中,采用電化學極化曲線、循環(huán)極化曲線、電化學阻抗譜(EIS)結合靜態(tài)浸泡實驗,分別研究了Cl-質量分數(shù)(1%、3.5%和7%)和溶液溫度(4、25、50和80℃)對馬氏體沉淀硬化不銹鋼PH13-8Mo電化學腐蝕行為的影響,并采用點缺陷PDM模型結合閉塞電池理論對其腐蝕機理進行了分析.結果表明,隨著溶液中Cl-濃度的升高,PH13-8Mo極化曲線中二次鈍化的特性消失.溶液中Cl-濃度和溫度的升高均使得PH13-8Mo的點蝕電位降低、點蝕保護電位降低,抗點蝕能力下降,腐蝕電流密度增大,鈍化電位區(qū)間縮短,電荷轉移電阻呈指數(shù)關系下降,樣品表面腐蝕形貌由點蝕發(fā)展為全面腐蝕.
