催化裂化輕循環(huán)油加工路線對柴汽比的影響

【摘要】:以某規(guī)劃新建煉油廠研究方案為例,提出催化裂化輕循環(huán)油(LCO)總加工流程優(yōu)化的新思路,根據(jù)LCO不同餾分段的組成特點及硫化物脫硫難易程度分餾為:LLCO(小于260℃輕餾分)、MLCO(260~340℃餾分)及HLCO(大于340℃餾分)。其中,LLCO進柴油加氫精制裝置,而富含多環(huán)芳烴的MLCO和HLCO則分別進加氫裂化裝置和渣油加氫裝置,增產(chǎn)重整料和催化裂化原料,因此在柴油產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)量降低的同時間接地增加汽油和芳烴產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)量。結果表明,與基礎方案相比,優(yōu)化方案的汽油產(chǎn)量增加415.6kt/a,對二甲苯和苯分別增加33.3kt/a和14.7kt/a,柴油產(chǎn)量減少774.0kt/a,全廠柴汽比由1.38降至1.04,降柴汽比效果顯著。
