華北油田礦區(qū)服務事業(yè)部績效考核體系研究
[Abstract]:With the arrival of economic globalization and the era of knowledge economy, enterprises have changed the situation of competition in the past, and the competition among enterprises has become a global competition, in order to seek a place in the fierce market competition. It is necessary to improve the production capacity and organizational efficiency of enterprises. Human resources become precious resources of enterprises, related to the survival and development of enterprises, human resources development determines the progress of enterprises. With the increasing economic exchanges between China and the world, the human resource management of Chinese enterprises is facing new opportunities and challenges, and human resource management has been placed in the height of enterprise strategy. Human resource management has become the motive force of enterprise development and the important support of enterprise development. Performance appraisal is a very important module in human resource management, and it is also an important management tool for the organization to master the internal employee situation and motivate the staff. Good enterprise performance management is helpful to achieve win-win with employees. An efficient and scientific performance appraisal system is of great practical significance to any type of enterprise. This study uses the theory of value engineering for reference in the successful experience of construction and manufacturing industry, and applies the theory of value engineering to the field of service performance evaluation in the mining area of Huabei Oilfield. Using the value engineering theory to analyze the factors that affect the service quality of mining area, through in-depth field investigation, qualitative and quantitative analysis and systematic analysis, applying the relevant theories and research methods of performance appraisal. The application of value engineering theory to the evaluation system of service performance in Huabei Oilfield mining area is studied in this paper. By means of ranking method, forced normal distribution method, 360 degree performance evaluation method, key performance index method, behavior anchoring evaluation method and so on, this paper studies how to optimize the existing performance appraisal system of mining area service department. Based on the theory of value engineering, the factors affecting service quality in mining area are analyzed in depth, the corresponding relationship between service function and running cost is grasped, the evaluation system of service quality in mining area is innovated, and the mechanism of examination, incentive and constraint is fully utilized. Supervision of grass-roots units in the service operation, pay attention to the service function, cost, value, and ultimately with as little cost input as possible in exchange for as many service functions, to achieve service value.
