【摘要】：SEC儲(chǔ)量評(píng)估結(jié)果是衡量油公司發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ闹匾笜?biāo),為減少國(guó)內(nèi)與國(guó)外新增探明儲(chǔ)量評(píng)估差異,提高當(dāng)年新增探明儲(chǔ)量對(duì)總評(píng)估結(jié)果的貢獻(xiàn)率,對(duì)勝利油田新增探明儲(chǔ)量SEC評(píng)估現(xiàn)狀以及歷年SEC評(píng)估結(jié)果與國(guó)內(nèi)評(píng)估結(jié)果的差異進(jìn)行分析,認(rèn)為SEC規(guī)則變化、儲(chǔ)量品位降低、井控差是造成國(guó)內(nèi)新增探明儲(chǔ)量SEC評(píng)估結(jié)果呈臺(tái)階式下降的主要因素。根據(jù)SEC準(zhǔn)則,可將儲(chǔ)量評(píng)估分為靜態(tài)參數(shù)(含油面積、有效厚度、采收率)評(píng)估和動(dòng)態(tài)參數(shù)(初始產(chǎn)量、遞減率、鉆井計(jì)劃)評(píng)估2類。結(jié)合歷年評(píng)估實(shí)例詳細(xì)說(shuō)明了國(guó)內(nèi)與國(guó)外對(duì)以上各參數(shù)的取值差異,提出了優(yōu)化國(guó)內(nèi)儲(chǔ)量管理模式和規(guī)范資料等2項(xiàng)減少儲(chǔ)量評(píng)估差異的對(duì)策,以期為今后國(guó)內(nèi)儲(chǔ)量任務(wù)的完成,實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)內(nèi)與國(guó)外儲(chǔ)量評(píng)價(jià)體系的接軌提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The result of SEC reserves evaluation is an important index to measure the development potential of oil companies. In order to reduce the difference between domestic and foreign new proven reserves evaluation and to increase the contribution rate of new proven reserves to the total evaluation results in that year, This paper analyzes the present situation of SEC evaluation of newly proved reserves in Shengli Oilfield and the difference between the results of SEC evaluation and domestic evaluation over the years. It is concluded that the rules of SEC change and the grade of reserves decrease. Well control error is the main factor that causes the SEC evaluation result of new proven reserves to decline step by step. According to SEC criterion, reserve evaluation can be divided into two categories: static parameters (oil area, effective thickness, recovery factor) and dynamic parameters (initial production rate, decline rate, drilling plan). The difference of the above parameters between domestic and foreign countries is explained in detail, and the countermeasures of optimizing the domestic reserve management mode and standardizing the data are put forward to reduce the difference of reserve evaluation. The aim is to provide reference for the completion of domestic reserve task and the integration of domestic and foreign reserves evaluation system.
