反應(yīng)器的地震計(jì)算分析與結(jié)構(gòu)改進(jìn)

【摘要】:反應(yīng)器的抗震性能是其研發(fā)時(shí)需要考慮的重要因素之一。為了確保其抗震安全性能,在做地震試驗(yàn)臺(tái)架試驗(yàn)之前通過有限元數(shù)值分析手段對(duì)設(shè)備進(jìn)行模態(tài)分析,計(jì)算出基本的振動(dòng)特性,為結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)提供了可靠的參考輸入。并在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)重要結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析,提出優(yōu)化方案并進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,優(yōu)化后的設(shè)計(jì)方案有效的提高了設(shè)備的安全性。
[Abstract]:The seismic performance of reactor is one of the important factors to be considered in its research and development. In order to ensure its seismic safety performance, the modal analysis of the equipment is carried out by means of finite element numerical analysis before the seismic test rig test, and the basic vibration characteristics are calculated, which provides a reliable reference input for the structural design. On this basis, the important structure is analyzed, and the optimization scheme is put forward and verified. The optimized design scheme effectively improves the safety of the equipment.
