基于透射法分析溫度對(duì)柴油熱輻射特性的影響

【摘要】:本文考慮透射法測(cè)量中窗片間的多重反射及入射光束收斂角度的影響,通過(guò)透射法測(cè)量窗片-液體-窗片三層結(jié)構(gòu)的總透射比,并結(jié)合K-K關(guān)系式建立了液態(tài)碳?xì)淙剂系臒彷椛涮匦怨庾V參數(shù)測(cè)量反演方法。采用該方法,對(duì)蒸餾水的熱輻射光譜特性參數(shù)進(jìn)行測(cè)量反演,通過(guò)與蒸餾水的公開(kāi)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證了該方法可靠性與準(zhǔn)確性。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)某國(guó)產(chǎn)柴油300~400 K溫度范圍內(nèi)近紅外波段的熱輻射特性參數(shù)進(jìn)行了測(cè)量及反演計(jì)算,獲得了不同溫度下近紅外波段的光譜吸收指數(shù)及折射率。測(cè)量反演結(jié)果顯示,在測(cè)量光譜區(qū)間該柴油折射率隨溫度變化不明顯,但吸收指數(shù)隨溫度升高而減小且變化劇烈,不同溫度下的吸收指數(shù)相對(duì)變化率可達(dá)20%。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the effect of multiple reflection between window slices and the convergent angle of incident beam is considered. The total transmittance of the three layer structure of window, liquid and window is measured by transmission method. Based on the K-K relation, an inversion method for the measurement of spectral parameters of thermal radiation characteristics of liquid hydrocarbon fuel is established. By using this method, the parameters of thermal radiation spectrum characteristics of distilled water are measured and inversion, and the reliability and accuracy of this method are verified by comparing with the open data of distilled water. On this basis, the thermal radiation characteristic parameters of a domestic diesel oil in the temperature range of 300K 400 K have been measured and inversed. The spectral absorption index and refractive index of the near infrared band at different temperatures have been obtained. The measured inversion results show that the refractive index of diesel oil does not change obviously with temperature in the range of measurement spectrum, but the absorption index decreases and changes sharply with the increase of temperature, and the relative change rate of absorption index can reach 20% at different temperature.
