寶明頁巖油溶劑精制工藝研究

【摘要】:在優(yōu)化的工藝條件下對寶明頁巖油進(jìn)行溶劑抽提精制,考察溶劑的選擇、抽提溫度、劑油質(zhì)量比、沉降時(shí)間對頁巖油精制效果的影響。結(jié)果表明:選用N,N-二甲基甲酰胺為溶劑,在抽提溫度為60℃、劑油質(zhì)量比為0.5、反應(yīng)時(shí)間為10min、沉降時(shí)間為30min的條件下,抽余油收率為72%,抽出油收率為26%,所得抽余油中不飽和烴、硫、氮、氧含量,殘?zhí)棵黠@降低,可作為加氫精制原料,其氫氣消耗量比原料直接加氫降低約52.48%,抽出油中小于420℃組分滿足4號燃料油標(biāo)準(zhǔn),大于420℃組分可制備90號重交通道路瀝青。
