石化企業(yè)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃系統(tǒng)建模與優(yōu)化研究
[Abstract]:Petroleum industry is the pillar industry of our national economy, and its development directly affects the future of our economy. Since the 21st century, with the rapid development of China's economy and China's entry into WT0, our national economy has entered a new era. Economic globalization and integration bring new opportunities to Chinese enterprises, but also great pressure and challenges. Compared with foreign petrochemical enterprises, Chinese enterprises are relatively backward in technology and planning management. In order to improve the international competitiveness of petrochemical enterprises in our country, we must improve the shortage of production planning management. According to the characteristics of production planning of petrochemical enterprises in China, the modeling and optimization are studied in this paper. Firstly, the paper summarizes the characteristics of petrochemical industry and the problems in production planning. This paper introduces the present situation of production planning at home and abroad as well as the professional knowledge and concepts related to production planning in petrochemical industry, which lays a foundation for the modeling and optimization of production planning system in petrochemical enterprises. Then, aiming at the shortage of the traditional production plan, the product yield model is built. Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the product yield of the unit, the BP neural network method was used to model the atmospheric and vacuum units and catalytic cracking units. In addition, the characteristics of the production and processing process in petrochemical enterprises are studied, and the LP optimization model aiming at the maximum profit of the enterprise is established by using linear programming technology, which lays the foundation for the optimization module of the following production planning and scheduling system. Finally, based on the product yield model of atmospheric and vacuum unit and the LP optimization model of production planning, a production scheduling optimization system is designed and implemented with Z petrochemical enterprise as the research object. The purpose of system design, system structure, database design and functional interface design of each module are introduced in detail. According to the crude oil purchase plan of Z petrochemical enterprise in a certain month, the system is used to compile and optimize the production plan, and the expected results are obtained, and the practicability of the system is verified.
