石化企業(yè)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃系統(tǒng)建模與優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:石油工業(yè)是我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),它的發(fā)展直接影響著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的未來(lái)。21世紀(jì)以來(lái),隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展以及我國(guó)加入WT0,我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入了一個(gè)新的時(shí)代。經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、一體化給我國(guó)企業(yè)帶來(lái)新的機(jī)遇的同時(shí)也帶來(lái)了巨大的壓力和挑戰(zhàn)。同國(guó)外石化企業(yè)相比,我國(guó)企業(yè)在技術(shù)和計(jì)劃管理方面都相對(duì)落后。為了提高我國(guó)石化企業(yè)的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,就必須提高生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃管理方面的不足。論文針對(duì)目前我國(guó)石化企業(yè)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了建模與優(yōu)化研究。論文首先總結(jié)了目前我國(guó)石化行業(yè)的特點(diǎn),以及在生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃編制方面存在的問題。介紹了目前國(guó)內(nèi)外生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃編制的現(xiàn)狀,以及石化行業(yè)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃相關(guān)的專業(yè)知識(shí)和概念,為論文對(duì)石化企業(yè)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃系統(tǒng)的建模和優(yōu)化研究奠定了基礎(chǔ)。然后,針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃編制中對(duì)裝置產(chǎn)品收率處理方式的不足,對(duì)裝置進(jìn)行了產(chǎn)品收率建模。在分析了影響裝置產(chǎn)品收率的因素的基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)用BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)方法對(duì)常減壓裝置和催化裂化裝置進(jìn)行了建模。另外,研究了石化企業(yè)生產(chǎn)加工流程的特點(diǎn),并應(yīng)用線性規(guī)劃技術(shù)建立了以企業(yè)利潤(rùn)最大為目標(biāo)的LP優(yōu)化模型,為后面生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃排產(chǎn)優(yōu)化系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化模塊奠定基礎(chǔ)。最后,論文基于常減壓裝置產(chǎn)品收率模型和生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃LP優(yōu)化模型,以Z石化企業(yè)為研究對(duì)象,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃排產(chǎn)優(yōu)化系統(tǒng)。分別對(duì)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)目的、系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)以及各模塊的功能界面設(shè)計(jì)做了詳細(xì)介紹。并針對(duì)Z石化企業(yè)某月份的原油采購(gòu)計(jì)劃,應(yīng)用該系統(tǒng)做了生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃編制與優(yōu)化,得到了預(yù)期的結(jié)果,驗(yàn)證了該系統(tǒng)的實(shí)用性。
[Abstract]:Petroleum industry is the pillar industry of our national economy, and its development directly affects the future of our economy. Since the 21st century, with the rapid development of China's economy and China's entry into WT0, our national economy has entered a new era. Economic globalization and integration bring new opportunities to Chinese enterprises, but also great pressure and challenges. Compared with foreign petrochemical enterprises, Chinese enterprises are relatively backward in technology and planning management. In order to improve the international competitiveness of petrochemical enterprises in our country, we must improve the shortage of production planning management. According to the characteristics of production planning of petrochemical enterprises in China, the modeling and optimization are studied in this paper. Firstly, the paper summarizes the characteristics of petrochemical industry and the problems in production planning. This paper introduces the present situation of production planning at home and abroad as well as the professional knowledge and concepts related to production planning in petrochemical industry, which lays a foundation for the modeling and optimization of production planning system in petrochemical enterprises. Then, aiming at the shortage of the traditional production plan, the product yield model is built. Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the product yield of the unit, the BP neural network method was used to model the atmospheric and vacuum units and catalytic cracking units. In addition, the characteristics of the production and processing process in petrochemical enterprises are studied, and the LP optimization model aiming at the maximum profit of the enterprise is established by using linear programming technology, which lays the foundation for the optimization module of the following production planning and scheduling system. Finally, based on the product yield model of atmospheric and vacuum unit and the LP optimization model of production planning, a production scheduling optimization system is designed and implemented with Z petrochemical enterprise as the research object. The purpose of system design, system structure, database design and functional interface design of each module are introduced in detail. According to the crude oil purchase plan of Z petrochemical enterprise in a certain month, the system is used to compile and optimize the production plan, and the expected results are obtained, and the practicability of the system is verified.
