吉林油田小井眼注采工藝技術研究

【摘要】:隨著油田開發(fā)的進行,吉林油田經(jīng)過長時期開采,新探明的區(qū)塊屬于低滲透油油藏的較多,這些井日產(chǎn)液量只有幾噸,如果按照常規(guī)開采方式,很難做到經(jīng)濟開采。根據(jù)國外有關資料和國內各油田前期所做的工作,采用小井眼開采方式,可在一定程度上降低開采成本,實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟有效開發(fā)的目的。小井眼開采方式在鉆井方面從技術、設備上都能夠實現(xiàn),降低了開采成本,但這也給后續(xù)的小井眼開發(fā)帶來的一些技術難題;從舉升工藝、注水工藝兩方面來說,都需要進行相關工藝的研究與攻關,本論文通過研究深井(2000m)條件下的分層注水工藝和測調試工藝,舉升系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化設計及降低舉升系統(tǒng)投資的問題,新型舉升工藝的研究,小套管井的油藏監(jiān)測問題,小套管井措施配套工藝工具的系列化定型,形成了一整套滿足小井眼開發(fā)需要的工藝技術。
[Abstract]:With the development of oil field, Jilin oilfield after a long period of production, the newly proved blocks belong to the low permeability oil reservoir more, these wells have only a few tons of daily fluid production, if the conventional production mode, it is difficult to achieve economic exploitation. According to the relevant data of foreign countries and the work done in the early stage of each oil field in China, adopting the small hole exploitation method can reduce the production cost to a certain extent and realize the purpose of economic and effective development. The small hole exploitation can be realized in drilling technology and equipment, which reduces the production cost, but it also brings some technical problems to the subsequent small hole development. In terms of lifting technology and water injection technology, it is necessary to study and tackle the key problems of related technology. This paper studies the stratified water injection technology and the testing and debugging technology under the condition of deep well (2000m). The optimization design of lifting system and the problems of reducing the investment of lifting system, the study of new lifting technology, the reservoir monitoring problem of small casing well, the serialization of supporting process tools for small casing well, A whole set of technology to meet the needs of small hole development has been formed.
