三站氣田增產(chǎn)技術(shù)應(yīng)用與研究

【摘要】:三站氣田增產(chǎn)技術(shù)應(yīng)用與研究主要是針對,該氣田弱水驅(qū)氣藏的生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀,其邊水不活躍,開采時主要依靠氣驅(qū)。為了更好的開發(fā)好氣田,達(dá)到因地制宜的目的,采取具有針對性的開發(fā)政策,由于氣井自身條件及生產(chǎn)情況的不同,如何優(yōu)選確定泡沫排水制度、應(yīng)用優(yōu)選管柱技術(shù)是氣田前期排水采氣的主要手段。在三站氣田開發(fā)中后期,排水效果會變差或者無效,選擇應(yīng)用新的排水采氣工藝勢在必行,開展對柱塞排水采氣技術(shù)及渦流排水采氣技術(shù)的研究,以作為氣田排水采氣的技術(shù)儲備。在三站氣田開發(fā)中后期,隨著新井投產(chǎn)數(shù)量的減少,如何提高和挖掘老井產(chǎn)能,成為提高產(chǎn)量的重要手段,本課題通過對一口老井實施補(bǔ)孔措施,分析措施效果,為該氣田后續(xù)老井措施提供參考和依據(jù)。針對三站氣田一口水平井,投產(chǎn)后未達(dá)到設(shè)計產(chǎn)能。試井表皮系數(shù)資料顯示儲層污染,為提高采收率進(jìn)行酸化解堵試驗。預(yù)計采取逐級打滑套分段酸化工藝管柱進(jìn)行試驗。試驗后能使儲層污染減輕,產(chǎn)氣量提高,達(dá)到了提高采收率目的,同時對水平氣井分段酸化管柱的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行評價。本課題主要針對三站氣田實際情況,有針對性的選取對三站氣田的部分氣井進(jìn)行合理分類,在分類基礎(chǔ)上對該區(qū)氣井進(jìn)行產(chǎn)能落實;對氣井產(chǎn)水特征進(jìn)行分析,制定合理泡排制度。選取三站氣田10口新投產(chǎn)氣井,進(jìn)行了管柱優(yōu)選,確定了合理的生產(chǎn)制度。另通過對氣井生產(chǎn)情況的統(tǒng)計研究,選取有代表性的2口試驗井進(jìn)行柱塞舉升試驗。根據(jù)渦流排水工藝選井原則優(yōu)選1口試驗井。對一口老井實施補(bǔ)孔措施,并對其效果進(jìn)行跟蹤分析。實施水平井酸化措施,解決近井地帶污染,并對其效果進(jìn)行跟蹤分析。本人一直從事和參與氣井排水采氣及措施研究與應(yīng)用,從中積累了豐富經(jīng)驗,為完成三站氣田高效開發(fā)分析與研究奠定良好的技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The application and research of Sanshen gas field are mainly aimed at the production status of weak water drive gas reservoir in this gas field, its edge water is not active, and its production mainly depends on gas drive. In order to develop the gas field well and achieve the aim of taking measures according to the local conditions, a targeted development policy is adopted. Due to the difference of the gas wells' own conditions and production conditions, how to select and determine the foam drainage system, The application of optimal string technology is the main means of drainage and gas recovery in the early stage of gas field. In the middle and late stage of the gas field development at three stations, the drainage effect will become worse or invalid. It is imperative to select and apply new drainage gas production technology. The research on plunger drainage gas production technology and eddy current drainage gas production technology is carried out. It is used as the technical reserve of drainage gas production in gas field. In the middle and late stage of development of Sanshang gas field, with the decrease of the number of new wells put into production, how to improve and excavate the productivity of old wells and become an important means of increasing production rate. It provides a reference and basis for the follow-up measures of the old well in the gas field. For a horizontal well in Sanzhou-gas field, the design productivity is not reached after putting into production. Well skin coefficient data show reservoir pollution, acid plugging test is carried out to improve oil recovery. It is expected to adopt step by step skidding sleeve stage acidizing process string to carry on the test. After the test, the reservoir pollution can be reduced and the gas production rate will be increased. The purpose of improving oil recovery is achieved. At the same time, the application of acidified tubing string in horizontal gas wells is evaluated. This subject mainly aims at the actual situation of the three stations gas fields, selects the reasonable classification of some gas wells in the three stations gas fields, and implements the productivity of the gas wells in this area on the basis of the classification. The characteristics of water production in gas wells are analyzed and a reasonable bubble discharge system is established. In this paper, 10 new gas wells are selected from three stations gas field, and the optimum selection of tubing string is carried out, and the reasonable production system is determined. In addition, through the statistical study of gas well production, two representative test wells are selected to carry out plunger lift test. According to the principle of eddy current drainage, one test well is selected. The hole filling measures are carried out in an old well, and its effect is followed up and analyzed. The horizontal well acidizing measures are carried out to solve the pollution in the near well zone, and its effect is followed up and analyzed. I have been engaged in and participated in the research and application of gas well drainage gas recovery and measures, and accumulated rich experience from it, which lays a good technical foundation for the completion of the analysis and research on the high efficiency development of three stations gas fields.
