【摘要】：長(zhǎng)北項(xiàng)目合作區(qū)塊天然氣管道已運(yùn)行數(shù)年,所屬的埋地天然氣管道包括長(zhǎng)北天然氣集輸管道南干線、北干線、北北干線、TPO北干線及幾十條連接井叢的支線。為準(zhǔn)確掌握管道防腐層情況和管道陰極保護(hù)效果,確保管道安全運(yùn)行,本文通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外天然氣管道檢測(cè)技術(shù)的學(xué)習(xí)和分析,研究出適合長(zhǎng)北項(xiàng)目的天然氣集輸管道檢測(cè)方法：對(duì)中央處理廠的南北干線及部分支線管道的外防腐層、陰極保護(hù)效果及一些陰極保護(hù)的附屬設(shè)施進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。檢測(cè)內(nèi)容包括：管線的宏觀檢查、管線路由圖繪制、外防腐層檢測(cè)、陰極保護(hù)有效性檢測(cè)、儲(chǔ)罐犧牲陽(yáng)極有效性檢測(cè)、土壤腐蝕性檢測(cè)、管道附屬設(shè)施電性能測(cè)試、電位傳送器檢測(cè)、雜散電流檢測(cè)、開(kāi)挖直接檢測(cè)及管道風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估。檢測(cè)結(jié)束后以檢測(cè)結(jié)果為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)集輸管線完整性進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),結(jié)果表明長(zhǎng)北天然氣集輸管線完整性狀況良好,同時(shí)對(duì)檢查出存在缺陷的管線提出整改措施及建議。
[Abstract]:The natural gas pipeline in Changbei cooperative block has been running for several years. The buried natural gas pipeline belongs to Changbei natural gas gathering pipeline, which includes south trunk line, north trunk line, TPO north trunk line and dozens of branch lines connecting well clusters. In order to accurately grasp the anticorrosive coating of pipeline and the effect of cathodic protection of pipeline and ensure the safe operation of pipeline, this paper studies and analyzes the detection technology of natural gas pipeline at home and abroad. The detection method of natural gas gathering and transportation pipeline suitable for Changbei project is studied. The external anticorrosion coating, cathodic protection effect and some auxiliary facilities of cathodic protection of the north-south trunk line and part of the branch pipeline of the central processing plant are tested. The testing contents include: macroscopic inspection of pipeline, route drawing of pipeline, detection of external anticorrosive coating, effectiveness of cathodic protection, validity of sacrificial anode of storage tank, soil corrosion test, electrical performance test of auxiliary facilities of pipeline, Potential transmitter detection, stray current detection, direct excavation detection and pipeline risk assessment. On the basis of the test results, the integrity of the gathering pipeline is evaluated. The results show that the integrity of the natural gas gathering pipeline in Changbei is in good condition. At the same time, the improvement measures and suggestions are put forward to check the defective pipelines.
