空氣泡沫驅(qū)注入系統(tǒng)的腐蝕、地層傷害評價及其對策研究

【摘要】:空氣泡沫驅(qū)在延長油田取得了較好的開發(fā)效果,但是其對注入系統(tǒng)的腐蝕、對地層傷害一直是制約該技術(shù)應(yīng)用的瓶頸問題。針對空氣泡沫驅(qū)注入系統(tǒng)的腐蝕機(jī)理、危害程度進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究和評價,篩選出適合延長油田工況條件下的緩蝕劑,研究注入介質(zhì)(泡沫、空氣、地表水)與地層配伍性、從而評價空氣泡沫驅(qū)對地層的傷害程度、并制定相應(yīng)對策,是目前急需解決的關(guān)鍵問題。通過對注入系統(tǒng)腐蝕產(chǎn)物的分析可知腐蝕產(chǎn)物主要以氧化鐵為主,次之為CaCO3,FeS、SiO2、Al2O3含量則相對較少。腐蝕試驗(yàn)說明:空氣壓力越高,腐蝕速率越快,這與腐蝕介質(zhì)中氧分壓的增大有關(guān)。泡沫液與空氣交替注入次數(shù)越多,腐蝕速率越高,頻繁交替注入使得水與氧氣共存。溫度越高、氧擴(kuò)散越快,腐蝕越快。注入空氣濕度越大,腐蝕速率越高。在注入系統(tǒng)的腐蝕防護(hù)方面,緩蝕劑CT2-17和犧牲陽極保護(hù)法可以較好的用于甘谷驛油田空氣泡沫驅(qū)。在對地層傷害方面,空氣與甘谷驛地層原油后會發(fā)生低溫氧化反應(yīng),產(chǎn)生大量的CO2,酸性的二氧化碳?xì)怏w會溶蝕多孔介質(zhì)提高儲層的滲透率,當(dāng)?shù)貙铀畃H改變時易產(chǎn)生CaCO3沉淀。更重要的是地層中容易出現(xiàn)細(xì)菌堵塞,因此在注空氣泡沫驅(qū)時需要加入殺菌劑。殺菌劑可有效降低腐蝕速率。起泡劑的腐蝕程度較輕,其中始創(chuàng)起泡劑C的性能最好,最適合甘谷驛油田的空氣泡沫驅(qū)。本文結(jié)果對甘谷驛油田空氣泡沫驅(qū)的腐蝕機(jī)理認(rèn)識及采取有效的防護(hù)措施具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Air foam flooding has achieved good development effect in Yanchang Oilfield, but its corrosion to injection system and formation damage have been the bottleneck problems restricting the application of this technology. According to the corrosion mechanism and damage degree of air foam flooding injection system, the corrosion inhibitor suitable for prolonging the working conditions of oil field was screened out, and the compatibility of injected medium (foam, air, surface water) with formation was studied. Therefore, it is a key problem to be solved urgently to evaluate the damage degree of air foam flooding to formation and to formulate corresponding countermeasures. Through the analysis of the corrosion products of the injection system, it can be seen that the corrosion products are mainly iron oxide, followed by the content of CaCO3,FeS,SiO2,Al2O3 is relatively small. The corrosion test shows that the higher the air pressure, the faster the corrosion rate, which is related to the increase of oxygen partial pressure in corrosive medium. The higher the times of alternating injection of foam liquid and air, the higher the corrosion rate, and the higher the corrosion rate is, the more frequent alternate injection of water and oxygen makes the coexistence of water and oxygen. The higher the temperature, the faster oxygen diffusion and corrosion. The higher the air humidity, the higher the corrosion rate. In the aspect of corrosion protection of injection system, corrosion inhibitor CT2-17 and sacrificial anode protection can be used for air foam flooding in Ganguyi Oilfield. In terms of formation damage, air and Ganguyi formation crude oil will be oxidized at low temperature, and a large amount of CO2, acid carbon dioxide gas will dissolve the porous media to improve the permeability of the reservoir, and the formation water pH changes will easily produce CaCO3 precipitation. More importantly, bacterial clogging is easy to occur in the formation, so fungicides should be added to air foam flooding. Fungicides can effectively reduce the corrosion rate. The degree of corrosion of foaming agent is relatively light, among which the performance of foaming agent C is the best, which is the most suitable for air foam flooding in Ganguyi Oilfield. The results of this paper have important guiding significance for understanding the corrosion mechanism of air foam flooding and taking effective protective measures in Ganguyi Oilfield.
