C601X塊剩余油分布規(guī)律及挖潛部署方案研究

【摘要】:剩余油研究是油田開發(fā)中后期油藏管理的主要任務,是實現(xiàn)“控水穩(wěn)油”開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略的重要手段,隨著勘探難度和成本的增加,提高原油采收率就顯得更加迫切和重要,眾多油田開發(fā)實踐表明,水驅原油采收率一般只有30%左右,還有三分之二的剩余石油儲量仍然殘留在地下,因此準確地評價剩余油飽和度對油田開發(fā)中后期調整挖潛及三次采油方案的實施至關重要,剩余油及挖潛技術研究應用技術前景廣闊。本文根據(jù)C601x塊生產動態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)、測試分析資料,結合前期精細油藏描述研究成果基礎上從目前開發(fā)層系、井網(wǎng)、井距適應性評價、細分開發(fā)層系研究、井網(wǎng)重組研究三個方面開展分析研究。在完善地質模型的基礎上,應用相控建模技術建立研究區(qū)重點塊數(shù)值模型。利用動態(tài)分析法和數(shù)值模擬法深入研究層內、層間及平面剩余油分布規(guī)律,建立不同沉積特征剩余油分布模式,以地質劃分的基本單元,從水淹級別、剩余油飽和度、剩余可采儲量豐度等幾個方面定性、定量描述剩余油分布,總結剩余油分布規(guī)律,深入分析影響剩余油分布的主要因素,確定剩余油富集區(qū)域。開展細分層系、注采井網(wǎng)重組、局部水平井挖潛為主要內容的二次開發(fā)調整研究,并比對技術及經濟指標提出區(qū)塊二次開發(fā)部署建議,指導區(qū)塊新井部署,以提高區(qū)塊儲量動用程度,改善區(qū)塊開發(fā)效果。
[Abstract]:The research of remaining oil is the main task of reservoir management in the middle and late stage of oilfield development and an important means to realize the development strategy of "controlling water and stabilizing oil". With the increase of exploration difficulty and cost, it becomes more urgent and important to improve oil recovery. Many oilfield development practices show that the oil recovery rate of water drive crude oil is generally only about 30%, and 2/3 of the remaining oil reserves remain underground. Therefore, accurate evaluation of residual oil saturation is of great importance to the implementation of adjustment and tertiary oil recovery in the middle and late stage of oilfield development, and the research and application of remaining oil and potential tapping technology have broad prospects. Based on the production dynamic data of C601x block, the test and analysis data, combined with the previous fine reservoir description research results, this paper studies the adaptability evaluation of the present development layer, well pattern, well spacing, and the subdivision development layer system. Well pattern reorganization research carried out three aspects of analysis and research. Based on the improvement of geological model, the numerical model of key blocks in the study area is established by using phase control modeling technology. Using dynamic analysis method and numerical simulation method, the distribution law of residual oil in layer, interlayer and plane is deeply studied, and the distribution model of residual oil with different sedimentary characteristics is established. According to the basic units of geological division, the remaining oil saturation is obtained from the water flooding level and the saturation of residual oil. The remaining oil distribution is described quantitatively, the distribution law of remaining oil is summarized, the main factors affecting the remaining oil distribution are analyzed in depth, and the remaining oil enrichment area is determined. Carry out the secondary development adjustment research of subdivision layer system, injection-production pattern recombination, local horizontal well tapping as the main content, and compare the technical and economic indexes to put forward the suggestion of block secondary development deployment, and guide the new well deployment of block. In order to improve the level of block reserves production, improve the block development effect.
