【摘要】：Pt-M雙金屬雙功能異構(gòu)化催化劑不僅可降低Pt的用量,并且可以改善催化劑的性能和使用壽命。介紹了雙功能異構(gòu)化催化劑的催化反應(yīng)機(jī)理,綜述了摻雜不同種類非貴金屬M(fèi)后的Pt雙功能異構(gòu)化催化劑的最新研究進(jìn)展,根據(jù)載體的不同主要包括負(fù)載Pt-M的HY分子篩催化劑、負(fù)載Pt-M的超穩(wěn)Y沸石催化劑、負(fù)載Pt-M的硅磷酸鋁分子篩催化劑、負(fù)載Pt-M的Hβ分子篩催化劑、負(fù)載Pt-M的絲光沸石催化劑、負(fù)載Pt-M的固體超強(qiáng)酸催化劑等。對Pt-M雙金屬雙功能催化劑的發(fā)展方向進(jìn)行了預(yù)測,低Pt用量、低溫且高活性是未來雙金屬雙功能異構(gòu)化催化劑的主要發(fā)展趨勢。
[Abstract]:Pt-M bimetallic bifunctional isomerization catalyst can not only reduce the amount of Pt, but also improve the performance and service life of the catalyst. The catalytic reaction mechanism of bifunctional isomerization catalysts was introduced. The latest research progress of Pt bifunctional isomerization catalysts doped with different kinds of non-noble metal M was reviewed. According to the different supports, the HY molecular sieve catalysts supported on Pt-M were mainly included. Superstable Y zeolite supported on Pt-M, aluminum silicophosphate zeolite supported on Pt-M, H 尾 zeolite supported on Pt-M, mordenite supported on Pt-M, solid superacid supported on Pt-M, etc. The development trend of Pt-M bimetallic bifunctional catalysts was forecasted. Low Pt content, low temperature and high activity were the main development trends of bimetallic bifunctional catalysts in the future.
