長慶油田技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力提升研究
[Abstract]:With the development of society and the increasing demand for oil and gas resources, China's dependence on oil imports has exceeded 50%. Due to the increasing difficulty of remaining reserves exploitation, the development of petroleum enterprises is more and more dependent on technological innovation. Therefore, oil enterprises can only enhance their technological innovation ability to enhance their competitive advantage. At present, the technological innovation ability of foreign oil enterprises is still in the leading position. Our petroleum enterprises must speed up the pace of technological innovation, improve the technological innovation ability, so as to broaden the space for survival and development in the fierce market competition. Based on the above background, this paper will take the technical innovation ability of Changqing Oilfield as the research object, through the comprehensive evaluation of its technical innovation ability, put forward the strategy and implementation suggestion of the technical innovation ability of Changqing Oilfield. The basic framework of this paper is as follows: firstly, on the basis of summarizing the relevant theories and methods of technological innovation and its ability enhancement, this paper expounds the factors that affect the technological innovation ability, the process of technological innovation and the evaluation method of technological innovation ability. According to the conclusion of theoretical research and the actual situation of technical innovation in Changqing Oilfield, a comprehensive evaluation system of technological innovation ability of Changqing Oilfield is constructed. Finally, as the final research result, according to the results of comprehensive evaluation, the paper makes an empirical evaluation on the technological innovation ability of Changqing Oilfield by using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method. This paper puts forward the strategy of improving the technical innovation ability of Changqing Oilfield and its implementation suggestions. In the conclusion part, the research process and achievements are summarized, and the direction of further research is put forward.
