王府地區(qū)地層抗鉆特性研究及鉆頭選型
[Abstract]:Wangfu gas field is a key block in Jilin Oilfield natural gas evaluation and development in 2013, with a total of 20 wells deployed, with a planned production capacity of 165 million square meters. The drilling speed of formation from Denglouku formation to Shahezi formation in the lower part of the gas field is slow and the period is long. The drilling cycle of the lower 1/4 well section accounts for 2/3. 2012 of the whole well operation cycle. Although the preliminary success has been obtained in the test of drilling speed raising technology with turbo and impregnated diamond bit in Chengshen 602 well, its economy is poor and it is difficult to be popularized and applied in an all round way. In order to further improve the drilling speed and speed up the development of gas reservoirs in this area, it is necessary to further develop the drilling speed raising technology based on the high efficient bit selection as the breakthrough point. Starting with the drilling resistance of Wangfu gas field, the drilling resistance parameters of rock, such as rock drillability and abrasive property, are measured, including: rock hardness, plasticity coefficient, drillability of micro-cone bit, drillability of micro-PDC bit, abrasive property test, etc. Based on the test data, the correlation model between drilling resistance parameters and logging data is established by means of mathematical statistics, and the drilling resistance characteristic profiles of Chengshen 604, Chengshen 605 and Chengshen 606 wells in Wangfu Gas Field are formed. The drilling characteristic profile and virtual strength index method are combined to evaluate the drill bit selection and drilling parameters. In this paper, the mechanical drilling speed, the ruler and the service time of a single bit are taken as the evaluation indexes, and the principal component analysis method is used to form the optimum selection scheme of the bit. At the same time, the optimized virtual strength index bit selection method based on energy consumption is used to optimize the bit selection in the lower strata of Wangfu area, and the optimal selection results obtained by the two different evaluation methods are compared and analyzed. The final scheme of bit selection provides a basis for increasing drilling speed and safe drilling construction in Wangfu gas field.
