蘇53區(qū)塊水平井優(yōu)化設(shè)計技術(shù)研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:蘇里格氣田具有典型的低滲、相變快、厚度薄、直井低產(chǎn)、穩(wěn)產(chǎn)時間短的特點。針對這一制約開發(fā)的特點,開展了水平井優(yōu)選部井和參數(shù)優(yōu)化及地質(zhì)導(dǎo)向技術(shù)研究。通過地質(zhì)地震和生產(chǎn)資料分析研究,優(yōu)選出了蘇53-4井區(qū)為水平井部署區(qū)。建立三維地質(zhì)模型,確定了合理的參數(shù),進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬,對水平井的各項參數(shù)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化。得到了合理的水平井井網(wǎng)井距、水平段方位、長度等參數(shù),為水平井有效開發(fā)提供了基本的保障。實施過程中,應(yīng)用了水平井地質(zhì)導(dǎo)向技術(shù),大大提高了水平井的有效儲層鉆遇率,降低了鉆井風(fēng)險,為后續(xù)工作打下了很好的基礎(chǔ)。水平井技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,在蘇53區(qū)塊取得了很好的開發(fā)效果,2年時間實現(xiàn)了以38口水平井完成了10億方產(chǎn)能的建設(shè)。利用水平井整體開發(fā)低滲氣藏非常成功,選出的水平井部署區(qū)非常成功,設(shè)計的水平井參數(shù)也非常合理。
[Abstract]:Sulige gas field is characterized by typical low permeability, fast phase transition, thin thickness, low production in vertical wells and short stable production time. According to the characteristic of restricting development, the research on optimum selection and parameter optimization and geological guidance technology of horizontal well is carried out. Through the analysis of geological seismicity and production data, Su-53-4 well area is selected as horizontal well deployment area. Three dimensional geological model was established, reasonable parameters were determined, numerical simulation was carried out, and various parameters of horizontal well were optimized. Reasonable horizontal well spacing, horizontal section azimuth, length and other parameters are obtained, which provides a basic guarantee for the effective development of horizontal wells. In the process of implementation, the geological guidance technology of horizontal well is applied, which greatly improves the effective drilling rate of horizontal well, reduces the drilling risk, and lays a good foundation for the follow-up work. The application of horizontal well technology has achieved a good development effect in Su53 block. In 2 years, 38 horizontal wells have completed the construction of 1 billion production capacity. It is very successful to develop low permeability gas reservoir by using horizontal well as a whole, the selected horizontal well deployment area is very successful, and the design parameters of horizontal well are also very reasonable.
