疏松砂巖復(fù)雜壓力儲集層保護技術(shù)
[Abstract]:After many years of water injection development in a certain oilfield in Bohai Sea, the loose sandstone reservoir presents the characteristics of low local pressure coefficient and great difference between layers, and it is difficult to protect the reservoir. At present, there are many researches on sand production mechanism and sand control measures for loose sandstone reservoir at home and abroad, but insufficient research on drilling fluid and drilling optimization technology for the adjustment of complex pressure system of loose sandstone. Based on this, according to the development of the oilfield, combined with the characteristics of loose sandstone and complex formation pressure, the reservoir damage mechanism was studied, and the drilling fluid system optimization and drilling construction technology were optimized by laboratory experiments. The results show that the main causes of reservoir damage in drilling stage are water absorption and expansion of clay, permeability decrease due to external or internal solid particle migration, plugging pore throat or pore, and imperfect construction technology. Using amino-silyl, LPF-ZP-HTC compound can improve the inhibition and plugging capacity of drilling fluid, and through the optimization research of construction technology, a set of complex pressure reservoir protection technology for loose sandstone is formed. The field trial in Bohai Oilfield shows that the application of this technology can realize the rheological stability of the section of easy slurry production, improve the drilling rate, shorten the construction period and increase the production rate of single well.
