基于突變級數法的離心泵機組安全評價模型

【摘要】:為研究層次分析法在安全評價中權重確定受主觀因素影響較大的問題,提出將突變理論和模糊數學相結合的突變級數評價模型。模型考慮離心泵機組的結構、故障模式及人員管理等因素建立多層次評價指標體系,并結合模糊數學確定底層指標的隸屬函數矩陣;利用突變級數法對各指標進行標準化和歸一化處理;將底層指標隸屬函數矩陣逐級量化遞歸得到總突變隸屬矩陣。研究結果表明:此離心泵機組的最大總突變隸屬函數值達到了0.961 9,即為"良好"。但同時也發(fā)現(xiàn)第一級與第二級相差不大,說明只要采取一定的安全措施,就可提高此離心泵的安全性。分析結果與實際情況相符合。
[Abstract]:In order to study the problem that the weight of AHP in safety evaluation is greatly influenced by subjective factors, a catastrophe series evaluation model combining mutation theory with fuzzy mathematics is proposed. Considering the structure, fault mode and personnel management of centrifugal pump unit, the multi-level evaluation index system is established, and the membership function matrix of bottom index is determined with fuzzy mathematics. The method of abrupt series is used to standardize and normalize each index, and the subclass index membership function matrix is recursively quantized to obtain the total mutation membership matrix. The results show that the maximum total abrupt membership function of this centrifugal pump unit is 0.961, which is "good". But at the same time, the difference between the first stage and the second stage is not different, which indicates that the safety of the centrifugal pump can be improved if some safety measures are taken. The results of the analysis are in agreement with the actual situation.
