油氣管道陰極保護(hù)在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)今油氣長輸管道依舊是國內(nèi)成品油氣傳輸?shù)闹饕緩?因此油氣管道的防腐保護(hù)仍是人們關(guān)注的經(jīng)典話題,而陰極保護(hù)系統(tǒng)就是近年來國內(nèi)解決油氣管道腐蝕問題的首要方案,隨著陰極保護(hù)技術(shù)的發(fā)展和管道建設(shè)需求的日益增多,陰極保護(hù)在國內(nèi)主要依照人為按期收集記錄的方式,工作量高、數(shù)據(jù)錄入不穩(wěn)定、不能實時的進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)的分析,這些都仍然是人們需要解決的難題。本文對油氣管道的陰極保護(hù)在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)進(jìn)行研究,首先根據(jù)選題的背景及意義對國內(nèi)外的陰極保護(hù)進(jìn)行了歸類分析,總結(jié)出陰極保護(hù)的方法主要有犧牲陽極保護(hù)法,外加電流保護(hù)法和排流保護(hù)等,然后根據(jù)陰極保護(hù)的防護(hù)種類和各種類保護(hù)法在實際使用中的優(yōu)劣關(guān)系,在采用最大保護(hù)電位、100mV極化值準(zhǔn)則和GPRS通訊技術(shù)的條件下對陰極保護(hù)在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)下位機的軟硬件和上位機的數(shù)據(jù)交互顯示進(jìn)行研究,并最終通過現(xiàn)場的實際演示來完成本論文。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, oil and gas pipeline is still the main way of oil gas transmission in China, so the anticorrosion and protection of oil and gas pipeline is still a classic topic that people pay attention to. The cathodic protection system is the most important solution to the corrosion problem of oil and gas pipeline in recent years. With the development of cathodic protection technology and the increasing demand for pipeline construction, cathodic protection mainly collects records according to artificial schedule in China. The workload is high, the data input is unstable, and the analysis of data can not be carried out in real time, these are still the problems that people need to solve. In this paper, the realization of online monitoring system for cathodic protection of oil and gas pipelines is studied. Firstly, according to the background and significance of the selected topic, the cathodic protection at home and abroad is classified and analyzed, and the main methods of cathodic protection are summarized as sacrificial anode protection law. Applied current protection and drain protection, etc., and then according to the protection types of cathodic protection and the advantages and disadvantages of various kinds of protection laws in practical use, Under the condition of maximum protection potential, 100mV polarization criterion and GPRS communication technology, the software and hardware of the lower computer of the online monitoring system for cathodic protection and the data interactive display of the upper computer are studied. And finally through the actual demonstration of the scene to complete this paper.
