塔式粒子注入系統(tǒng)分析與設(shè)計(jì)及粒子回收裝置技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:通過分析國內(nèi)外鉆硬地層的鉆井技術(shù),發(fā)現(xiàn)目前大多數(shù)鉆井方法存在著鉆井成本高,機(jī)械鉆速慢,設(shè)備磨損嚴(yán)重的問題,針對這些問題,基于磨料射流和射彈沖擊理論,提出了粒子沖擊鉆井理論。本文介紹了粒子沖擊鉆井系統(tǒng)中注入粒子的方法,詳細(xì)分析了注入系統(tǒng)的注入原理,設(shè)計(jì)了各組成部分的結(jié)構(gòu),包括粒子舉升系統(tǒng)、注入管、螺桿擠壓器等。該注入系統(tǒng)采用了兩個(gè)注入管,交替完成注入粒子和加壓排除粒子兩個(gè)過程,從而保證了粒子的連續(xù)注入。而且通過采用螺桿擠壓器,可以將粒子以一定的速率均勻而平穩(wěn)的注入到鉆井液主管匯中。通過理論分析和國外近幾年的現(xiàn)場試驗(yàn),可以得出利用該系統(tǒng)可以將粒子按照設(shè)計(jì)的注入速率,均勻、平穩(wěn)、安全的注入到主管匯中。粒子回收裝置是粒子沖擊鉆井的主要裝置之一。該裝置實(shí)現(xiàn)了鉆井液中的粒子回收、處理和儲存的目的。在資料調(diào)研和回收系統(tǒng)原理分析的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行了粒子回收裝置的回收方案設(shè)計(jì)、粒子回收裝置流程設(shè)計(jì)和粒子回收裝置的井場布置設(shè)計(jì)。然后,利用粒子沖擊鉆井的技術(shù)參數(shù)和實(shí)驗(yàn)相結(jié)合的手段,對粒子回收方案中的裝置進(jìn)行參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)和裝置選型,最終確定一套完整的適合粒子沖擊鉆井現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用的回收裝置
[Abstract]:By analyzing drilling technology of drilling hard formation at home and abroad, it is found that most drilling methods have problems such as high drilling cost, slow drilling speed and serious equipment wear. In view of these problems, based on abrasive jet and projectile impact theory, The particle impact drilling theory is proposed. This paper introduces the method of particle injection in particle impact drilling system, analyzes the injection principle of the injection system in detail, and designs the structure of each component, including particle lift system, injection tube, screw extruder and so on. The injection system adopts two injection tubes, which alternately completes the two processes of injecting particles and removing particles under pressure, thus ensuring the continuous injection of particles. By using screw extruder, the particles can be injected into the drilling fluid sink uniformly and smoothly at a certain rate. Through theoretical analysis and field tests abroad in recent years, it can be concluded that the system can be used to inject particles into the supervisor pool in accordance with the designed injection rate, even, smoothly and safely. Particle recovery unit is one of the main devices for particle impact drilling. The device achieves the purpose of particle recovery, treatment and storage in drilling fluid. On the basis of data investigation and analysis of the principle of the recovery system, the project design of the particle recovery unit, the flow design of the particle recovery device and the well site layout design of the particle recovery device are carried out. Then, by means of combining the technical parameters and experiments of particle impact drilling, the parameter design and type selection of the device in particle recovery scheme are carried out, and a complete set of recovery equipment suitable for particle impact drilling site application is finally determined.
