壓裂用瓜爾膠的改性及性能研究

【摘要】:瓜爾膠作為稠化劑廣泛用于油氣開(kāi)采中的靜態(tài)破巖技術(shù)——水力壓裂。本研究通過(guò)對(duì)瓜爾膠顆粒結(jié)構(gòu)及其在有機(jī)溶劑中狀態(tài)的分析,認(rèn)為在有機(jī)溶劑反應(yīng)液中瓜爾膠的大部分活性羥基由于蜷縮于顆粒內(nèi)部而未能參與改性反應(yīng),因此不能獲得性能更好的改性產(chǎn)品。為了克服瓜爾膠大部分活性羥基未能參與改性反應(yīng)的問(wèn)題,本研究創(chuàng)新性地提出了有別于傳統(tǒng)改性瓜爾膠制備法的“膠團(tuán)法”和“纖維溶液法”兩類改性瓜爾膠制備法對(duì)瓜爾膠進(jìn)行改性研究,其中,“膠團(tuán)法”成功地運(yùn)用于瓜爾膠的羥丙基改性及低分子量化改性,而“纖維溶液法”成功運(yùn)用于瓜爾膠疏水改性。通過(guò)大量的實(shí)驗(yàn)和儀器分析方法,,認(rèn)為兩類三種瓜爾膠改性方法獲得的產(chǎn)品性能優(yōu)越,其中制備羥丙基瓜爾膠和低分子量瓜爾膠的“膠團(tuán)法”具有工業(yè)推廣價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Guar gum is widely used as a thickener in static rock breaking technology-hydraulic fracturing. Based on the analysis of the structure of guar gum particles and their state in organic solvents, it was concluded that most of the active hydroxyl groups of guar gum could not participate in the modification reaction because they were curled up in the particles. Therefore, the better performance of the modified products can not be obtained. In order to overcome the problem that most of the active hydroxyl groups of guar gum could not participate in the modification reaction, In this study, two kinds of modified guar gum preparation methods, "Micellar method" and "Fiber solution method", which are different from the traditional modified guar gum preparation method, are proposed to study the modification of guar gum. "Micellar method" has been successfully applied to hydroxypropyl modification and low molecular weight modification of guar gum, while "fiber solution method" has been successfully applied to hydrophobic modification of guar gum. Through a large number of experimental and instrumental analysis methods, it is considered that two kinds of three kinds of guar gum modified methods have superior properties, among which the "micelle method" for the preparation of hydroxypropyl guar gum and low molecular weight guar gum has the value of industrial popularization.
